    Abstract: A semiconductor device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate, active devices and transparent conductive patterns. The active devices are formed on the semiconductor substrate. The transparent conductive patterns are formed over the active devices and electrically connected to the active devices. The transparent conductive patterns are made of a metal oxide material. The metal oxide material has a first crystalline phase with a prefer growth plane rich in oxygen vacancy, and has a second crystalline phase with a prefer growth plane poor in oxygen vacancy.

    Abstract: A digital image capture device includes a camera module, a face recognition module, a portrait capture module, a regulation module and a storage module. The camera module captures an image. The face recognition module recognizes any human face from the captured image. The portrait capture module copies the recognized face portion as a head portrait with a predetermined length-to-width ratio. The regulation module stores a plurality of groups of settings and regulates the copied head portrait according to a group of settings selected from the groups of settings. Each group of settings is compliant with requirements of a forum or an instant messaging program. The storage module stores the regulated head portrait.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for controlling the picture capturing process of a digital camera, which includes the steps of: determining whether the digital camera is operating in an auto flash mode; when the digital camera is operating in the auto flash mode, then further determining whether a flash of the digital camera is charging; if the flash of the digital camera is charging, then further detecting whether the ambient light value is higher than a predetermined value; and if the ambient light value is higher than the predetermined value, then causing the digital camera to enter into a ready status that is capable of capturing pictures immediately.
