    Abstract: A method of fabricating a device includes providing a fin having an epitaxial layer stack with a plurality of semiconductor channel layers interposed by a plurality of dummy layers. In some embodiments, the method further includes exposing lateral surfaces of the plurality of semiconductor channel layers and the plurality of dummy layers within a source/drain region of the semiconductor device. In some examples, the method further includes etching the exposed lateral surfaces of the plurality of dummy layers to form recesses and forming an inner spacer within each of the recesses, where the inner spacer includes a sidewall profile having a convex shape. In some cases, and after forming the inner spacer, the method further includes performing a sheet trim process to tune the sidewall profile of the inner spacer such that the convex shape of the sidewall profile becomes a substantially vertical sidewall surface after the sheet trim process.

    Abstract: A control method of a touchpad is provided. The touchpad has a determination module including a neural network. The determination module is used to determine the type of object. When the user uses the touchpad, the touchpad uses the captured object feature data of the touch object to update the determination module. Therefore, when determining the type of the touch object, the updated determination module can more accurately determine the touch object used by the user, so as to improve the determination accuracy.

The first transistor includes a channel region, a source region and a drain region. A conductive contact is coupled to the drain region of the first transistor. A second transistor that includes a channel region, a source region a drain region is adjacent to the first transistor. The gate of the second transistor is spaced from the gate of the first transistor. A conductive via passes through an insulation layer to electrically connect to the gate of the second transistor. An expanded conductive via overlays both the conductive contact and the conductive via to electrically connect the drain of the first transistor to the gate of the second transistor.

    Abstract: A USB storage system is adapted to store data and exchange the stored data with an electronic apparatus via a universal serial bus (USB), and includes a memory having a control file folder containing at least one control file pre-stored thereon, the control file having a command data pre-stored therein corresponding to a control command of the storage system; and a controller for controlling data transmission between the memory and the USB. When the electronic apparatus accesses the control file via the USB, the controller executes a control command corresponding to the accessed control file according to the pre-stored command data. A method of controlling the storage system via the USB of the electronic apparatus is also provided to permit a user without the authority of an administrator to give a vendor command to the storage system, so that the functions of an access device can be conveniently utilized.
