    Abstract: A bone screw kit includes a support member, a screw, an extension sleeve, a connecting rod, a locking screw, a screw driver and an extension sleeve remover. The support member has two wings. An external wall of one axial end of the screw driver has ribs and one first snap. The first snap has oppositely a first outer diameter and a second outer diameter less than the first outer diameter. A through hole having a second snap is disposed on the locking screw furnished thereinside with grooves. The second snap has a first inner diameter less than the first outer diameter but larger than the second outer diameter. The locking screw and the screw driver are disposed in the support member and the extension sleeve. The extension sleeve having two extension wings sleeves the support member.     Abstract: A spine connecting rod includes a coupling assembly, a first rod and a second rod. The coupling assembly includes a cylindrical body having first and second coupling parts and a cylindrical elastic part inside the body. The first rod, pivotally connected with the coupling assembly, has a diameter less than any inner diameter of the elastic part and the first coupling part. One end of the first rod is furnished with a ball having a diameter greater than that of the first rod and any inner diameters of the elastic part and the second coupling part. The second rod is connected with the coupling assembly. The first and second rods protrude out of the first and second coupling parts, respectively. The ball of the first rod is rotationally disposed inside the coupling assembly to allow the first rod to undergo elastic movements via the elastic part.

The pin pivots the first supporter to the second supporter so as to provide the device an expansion state and a close state for removal and installation between two spinous processes. In addition, a method for expanding spacing between spinous processes is also provided.

    Abstract: An exercising hula-hoop assembly with a radio frequency signal transmitter and a remote receiver unit includes an exercising hula-hoop, at least one depressible switch arranged on the interior surface of the exercising hula-hoop, a switch contact assembly arranged within the inner space of the exercising hula-hoop. The switch contact assembly is operable by the depressible switch, so that a triggering signal is generated each time the triggering switch is depressed. The radio frequency signal transmitter generates a radio frequency signal when receiving a triggering signal from the switch contact assembly. The remote receiver unit receives the radio frequency signal transmitted from the radio frequency signal transmitter for counting and displaying.
