Abstract: A plastic ball grid array package having a reinforcement resin that may address the problem of delamination and cracks in a boundary region between a sealing resin and a substrate. The reinforcement resin is formed at an outer region of a sealing resin and has a height that is lower than that of the sealing resin. The reinforcement resin may be formed of the same material used to form the sealing resin and has a structure completely covering a first surface of the substrate. Accordingly, cracks and delamination defects of the semiconductor package may be reduced by absorbing stress that occurs by physical impact in a boundary region between the substrate and the sealing resin.

Abstract: The present invention provides a transfer unit having a transfer rotor and a food waste treatment apparatus using the transfer unit. The transfer unit includes the transfer rotor, a housing and a sieve. The transfer rotor includes a rotor body, and at least one blade provided on the circumferential outer surface of the rotor body. The housing has a hollow container shape and contains the transfer rotor therein such that the transfer rotor is rotatable without interference from the housing. The housing is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the horizontal plane. The sieve is provided in the housing to guide discharge of sewage from food waste. The sieve is disposed in the lower portion of the housing to drain the sewage generated from the food waste to the outside of the housing.

The apparatus includes a mounting part fastened to the upper frame, a shock absorbing part extending from the mounting part towards the front end of the vehicle, and a plurality of ribs extending between the mounting part and the shock absorbing part. The front end of the shock absorbing part may extend towards the boundary between the hood and the bumper of the vehicle. The front end of the shock absorbing part may extend about 15-20 mm beyond the front ends of the ribs, towards the front end of the vehicle. Each of the ribs may have a concave surface between the mounting part and the shock absorbing part.

The method comprises a)collecting an illegally produced digital music file, which is derived from a record of a cooperating record corporation by searching the network, b)encrypting the collected digital music file with a predetermined key; and c)redistributing the encrypted digital music file through the network. According to present invention, the method collects the illegally produced(or reproduced) digital music file that is shared and distributed through the network, encrypts the collected music file, and enables only users having a private key to use the digital music files, thus inducing the users habitually using the digital music files to use them after paying a justifiable fee and being assigned the encryption key, and to purchase the formal record.

Abstract: Provided is an apparatus and a method for setting a camera in a mobile terminal with camera-setting values of photographing parameters. The method includes identifying a current time and a location of the mobile terminal; transmitting location information of the mobile terminal to a weather information providing server and receiving weather information from the weather information providing server corresponding to the location information; retrieving camera-setting values of photographing parameters from a storage unit according to the time and weather information; and setting a camera with the camera-setting values. Accordingly, photography is made more user friendly for a user unskilled with a camera and high-quality photographs are achieved by automatically modifying the photographing parameters of a camera installed in a mobile terminal according to a season, weather, and time.

The system comprises a data communication network, a list providing server, at least one agent server, at least one user terminal, a main server, at least one sub-server, a premise communication network, and a network interface unit. The system is advantageous in that it enables users to share digital literary works produced for publicity, works having a low quality, or encrypted digital literary works through the network against a distribution of illegally reproduced digital literary works having the same quality as original literary works through a Sharing Web, thus preventing a reduction of sales amounts of original literary works due to such illegal reproductions.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system and method for protecting digital works on a communication network. The work protection system includes one or more intermediate servers, one or more list provision servers and a work protection server. The intermediate servers perform intermediation of data shared. The list provision servers provide list information of the intermediate servers. The work protection server connects with a corresponding intermediate server, searches for shared digital works, calculates a saturation or dilution by examining the presence of identifiers, generates file and connection information about digital files to be shared, and causes the previously stored files of digital works to be protected to be shared.

The filter is attached to the inner lower side of the washing machine.

The electrolytic sewage disposal apparatus includes a sewage water processing tank having an inlet for receiving waste water, a processing chamber for processing the waste water, and an outlet for processed (purified) waste water. At least one pair of an anode and cathode is disposed in the processing chamber and is supplied with electric power.
