  • Publication number: 20240087196
Abstract: Methods and systems for image generation include generating a latent representation of an image, modifying the latent representation of the image based on a trained attribute classifier and a specified attribute input, and decoding the modified latent representation to generate an output image that matches the specified attribute input.

  • Patent number: 10305272
Abstract: An apparatus for detecting disconnection of a secondary side of a current transformer includes a sampling circuit coupled to the secondary side of the current transformer that samples signals from the secondary side of the current transformer. A pull-up circuit is switchably coupled to the sampling circuit in response to a coupling signal in a diagnostic phase. A processor is coupled to the sampling circuit for receiving sampled signals from the sampling circuit. The processor extracts corresponding signal information from the sampled signals and stores the extracted signal information in a memory. The extracted signal information corresponds to statuses that the secondary side of the current transformer is connected or disconnected to a load. A detector is coupled to the processor and the memory, and accesses the memory using the signal information of the sampled signals.

  • Patent number: 10079509
Abstract: A wireless transmitter wirelessly charges/powers a wireless receiver. The transmitter performs an analog ping to tentatively detect a device. During an energizing phase of the analog ping, the transmitter applies power pulses to a resonant circuit within the transmitter, where, after application of the power pulses, the resonant circuit enters a free-resonance state of a resonating phase of the analog ping that follows the energizing phase. During the resonating phase, while the resonant circuit is in the free-resonance state, the transmitter samples voltage within the resonant circuit to generate one or more voltage-level samples. The transmitter processes the voltage-level samples to tentatively detect the device. If a device is tentatively detected then the transmitter performs a digital ping to definitively determine whether the device is present. If definitively detected then the transmitter wirelessly charges/powers the wireless receiver.

  • Patent number: 9250804
Abstract: An electronic device detects erroneous key selection entries or inaccurate actuation of a keypad. The device has a keypad with aligned keys. Each of the keys is partitioned into two sensor sub regions. A first one of the sub-regions includes at least a first sensor and a second one of the sub-regions includes a second sensor. A processor with a keypad sensor inputs is selectively coupled to the first and second sensors of each of the sub-regions. The second sensor of the first key and a proximal first sensor of an adjacent second key are coupled to a common keypad sensor input to provide indistinguishable sub-regions of adjacent keys. The processor is programmed to detect an erroneous key selection entry when only a key actuation signal is provided from the common keypad sensor.

  • Patent number: 9152198
Abstract: A power adapter and an electrical connector for the power adapter operate to provide power to an electronic device such as a laptop computer. The power adapter includes a switch and a circuit for detecting whether or not the electrical connector is connected to the electronic device. If the adapter is not connected to an electronic device, the switch is opened so that no power is drawn from an AC supply. The electrical connector includes first and second conductors that are electrically connected to the detection circuit. The detection circuit detects a change in potential when the connector is plugged into an electronic device.
