The method may also include generating an index item corresponding to the video data if the video data includes a key frame, wherein the index item includes an index position of the video recording device corresponding to the key frame, and an offset address used to determine an address where the key frame is stored. The method may further include storing an index table including at least the index item in a video.

The system may determine at least one first object in a first monitoring image acquired by a first capture device. The system may determine a target monitoring position based on position information associated with the at least one first object in the first monitoring image. The system may obtain a second monitoring image associated with the target monitoring position acquired by a second capture device. The system may determine at least one second object in the second monitoring image. The system may identify at least one matched second object from the at least one second object based on relevancy information among the at least one second object and the at least one first object. The system may direct the second capture device to capture at least one capture image of the at least one matched second object.

When executing the set of instructions, the one or more video processors: obtain the first video from the camera; obtain at least one operation parameter relating to the camera from the input port; generate a target image graphically illustrating an operation of the camera based on the at least one operation parameter; reconstruct the second video based on the target image and the first video; and send the second video to the output port.
