  • Patent number: 11956153
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes determining, by a first network component, a sender shaper drop value based on the following: a maximum sequence number; a minimum sequence number; and a sender sequence counter number associated with the first network component. The method also includes determining, by the first network component, a wide area network (WAN) link drop value based on the sender sequence counter number associated with the first network component and a receiver sequence counter number associated with a second network component. The method further includes determining, by the first network component, whether to adjust a sender shaper rate based on the sender shaper drop value and the WAN link drop value.

  • Patent number: 11946485
Abstract: Some embodiments of the disclosure provide an air intake bypass recirculation structure with adjustable air entraining amount and controllable broadband noise which includes main body of the air intake bypass recirculation structure and an air entraining amount adjusting structure. In some examples, an air intake bypass recirculation cavity is formed in the main body of the air intake bypass recirculation structure. An air inlet of an air intake pipe and an air outlet of the air intake pipe are formed in two ends of the main body of the air intake bypass recirculation structure respectively. An airflow inlet of the air intake bypass recirculation structure and an airflow outlet of the air intake bypass recirculation structure are formed in the inner side of the main body of the air intake bypass recirculation structure. The air entraining amount adjusting structure is arranged in the air intake bypass recirculation cavity.

  • Patent number: 11428613
Abstract: A mechanical reliability testing platform for tri-post insulators in a GIL device includes a horizontal-GIL-arrangement-form fixed-tri-post-insulator mechanical reliability verification testing platform for a horizontal dynamic insertion and extraction test, and a turning-GIL-arrangement-form fixed-tri-post-insulator mechanical reliability verification testing platform for a vertical dynamic insertion and extraction test. A driving unit is employed to realize the insertion and extraction of the conducting rod of the sliding-tri-post-insulator GIL form unit at the contact holder, so as to simulate the reciprocating forces on the fixed tri-post insulator induced by the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipe during the actual operation of the GIL, and simulate the working condition of the fixed tri-post insulator under abnormal forces when the GIL experience foundation settlement.

  • Publication number: 20180080989
Abstract: An assessment method for flashover faults of 220 kV or higher porcelain live tank circuit breakers, including the following steps: step 1, collecting fault current waveform characteristic data from a fault current waveform in a fault oscillograph, said fault current waveform characteristic data including a time duration t1 from an instant of arc quenching to an instant of fault current initiation, a time duration t2 of the fault current, and waveform characteristics of the fault current; step 2, determining the type of the flashover fault according to the fault current waveform characteristic data: the type includes external flashover, restrike internal flashover, and internal flashover on the insulator inner. The assessment is performed based on the oscillographic fault current data. Since different types of flashover fault vary in mechanism, the waveforms thereof also show different features.

  • Patent number: 8664463
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to adhesives and particularly to reversible adhesives. This disclosure further relates to generally adhesive articles and particularly to wound dressings comprising such adhesives. The adhesive comprises a core and a shell comprising at least two components. One of the components of the shell comprises a polymer formed by reacting a monomer of a thermally reversible polymer and the other component comprises a polymer formed by reacting a monomer of a polymer of a pressure sensitive adhesive. The wound dressing comprises a substrate and the reversible adhesive, forming a reversible wound dressing. Such wound dressings are particularly suitable for treatment of damaged sensitive tissue, for example wounds formed on a fragile skin.

  • Patent number: 6848626
Abstract: A fuel injector system (10) calculates a first derivative filtered signal and a second derivative filtered signal from an unpowered spool valve coil signal. When the spool valve (16) reaches the end of travel, either open or closed position, a flat slope f is generated on the falling edge of the bell shaped signal. The second derivative provides a readily apparent determination of when the steep slope occurs. A comparator (62) thereby need only determine when the second derivative is zero to identify that the spool valve has reached the end of travel.
