Abstract: Disclosed is a reciprocating-hit treatment instrument including a body having a reciprocating mechanism, wherein the body includes a main handle portion at the lower portion, a sub-handle portion at the upper portion, a base portion extruding from one side of the connection portion between the main handle portion and the sub-handle portion on the body, a reciprocating rod with the front end extending out from the base portion while the rear end fixedly connected with the reciprocating mechanism and able to perform a reciprocating motion in the direction of its own length under the driven by the reciprocating mechanism, and a treatment ball connected with the front end of the reciprocating rod; the main handle portion, the sub-handle portion, and the base portion are integrally connected, and the main handle portion and the sub-handle portion are connected with each other in the shape of a bar.
