    Abstract: An electronic starting switch assembly and control methods for a dryer having a split-phase induction motor. The assembly comprises a microcontroller unit (MCU) configured to execute a control method that dynamically manages the motor's operation by monitoring the forward magnitude current. The MCU determines a stabilized startup forward magnitude current and calculates a crossover condition, allowing for precise control of the motor's transition to single-phase operation by disconnecting the auxiliary winding and connecting the heater element based on real-time forward magnitude current analysis and processing. The system can also monitor for overload conditions indicative of rotor speed drops and can re-engage the auxiliary winding to maintain motor performance. The assembly includes a housing with a heat-sink for efficient thermal management and environmental protection of electronic components.

    Abstract: A high performance laminated aluminum alloy manufacturing method includes: combining and fixing a front plate, a middle plate, and a rear plate, performing hot roll-bonding to obtain a laminated aluminum alloy; conducting solid solution and quenching treatment on the laminated aluminum alloy; carrying out underwater stirring friction treatment on the quenched laminated aluminum alloy; after aging heat treatment, the laminated aluminum alloy with high ballistic resistance and high interfacial bonding strength is obtained. The method uses underwater stirring friction treatment on quenched laminated aluminum alloy to break the original interlayer structure, forming a three-dimensional spatial structure composed of a stirring zone and a structural interlocked zone, and the interlayer bonding strength of the laminated aluminum alloy is greatly improved.

    Abstract: An apparatus having handwriting input and the mouse functions is an external input device of computer field. A handwriting screen is amounted inside a mouse body, and the handwriting screen is connected to a processor. An optical displacement sensor is connected to the processor or can also be located therein. USB interface unit is connected to the processor or can also be located therein. The optical displacement sensor is used to acquire relative coordinate information when the apparatus moves, and the handwriting screen is used to acquire handwriting trace information. The processor is directly connected to USB external interface of the computer through its connection or its embedded USB interface unit to establish a communication. The present invention relates to a structure of the apparatus divided into two parts, i.e. the mouse and the handwriting screen.
