Abstract: The three-state spintronic device includes: a bottom electrode, a magnetic tunnel junction and a top electrode from bottom to top. The magnetic tunnel junction includes: a spin-orbit coupling layer, a ferromagnetic free layer, a barrier tunneling layer, a ferromagnetic reference layer, three local magnetic domain wall pinning centers and domain wall nucleation centers. An antisymmetric exchange interaction is modulated, and the magnetic domain wall pinning centers are embedded in an interface between a heavy metal and the ferromagnetic free layer. The magnetic domain wall nucleation centers are at two ends of the ferromagnetic free layer. A current pulse flows through the spin-orbit coupling layer to generate a spin current and the spin current is injected into the ferromagnetic free layer. Under a control of all-electrical controlled, an effective field of a spin-orbit torque drives domain wall to move and displace.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure are directed to a method for use on a blockchain network that includes an accounting node subnetwork having accounting nodes configured to record a data block onto a blockchain and a service node having service nodes configured to verify data blocks recorded by the accounting nodes onto the blockchain. The method can include generating a signature based on transaction information to be included in a data block to be added onto the blockchain by using a key specific to the accounting node. The method can further include adding the transaction information and the generated signature to the data block and adding the data block onto the blockchain, and transmitting the signature to the service nodes in the service node subnetwork, so that the service nodes perform signature verification on the signature based on the key specific to the accounting node.

Abstract: A fistula blocking stent, a stent delivering system, and a method of delivering a fistula blocking stent are provided. The fistula blocking stent is configured to seal a fistula formed between a first lumen and a second lumen, which includes a first fixing stent in a shape of a hollow tube, the first fixing stent having a proximal end, a distal end, and a first tube extending axially between the proximal end and the distal end, the first fixing stent being provided in the first lumen; a second fixing stent provided in the fistula and the second lumen, the second fixing stent having a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, the first end being connected to the first fixing stent; and a barrier film provided on at least one of the first fixing stent and the second fixing stent and configured to seal the fistula.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for fabricating an anti-reflective layer on a quartz surface by using a metal-induced self-masking etching technique, comprising: performing reactive ion etching to a metal material and a quartz substrate by using a mixed gas containing a fluorine-based gas, wherein metal atoms and/or ions of the metal material are sputtered to a surface of the quartz substrate, to form a non-volatile metal fluoride on the surface of the quartz substrate; forming a micromask by a product of etching generated by reactive ion etching gathering around the non-volatile metal fluoride; and etching the micromask and the quartz substrate simultaneously, to form an anti-reflective layer having a sub-wavelength structure.

A drop hammer loading system is arranged on the first test vehicle. A bridge dynamic detection system is arranged on the second test vehicle. The geometric linear detection system, the road 3D detection system, and the drop hammer loading system are used for a road detection.

Abstract: A kiln system is provided, including a drying section, a preheating section, a firing section, a soaking section, a cooling section, and a decarburization section arranged between the drying section and the preheating section. The decarburization section includes an ignition zone, a hot air combustion/pyrolysis zone, and a waste heat recovery pipeline. A heat source is introduced into the ignition zone so that the temperature of the ceramsite of the raw materials with heating values in the zone is 400° C. to 900° C. The hot air combustion/pyrolysis zone is configured for combusting or pyrolyzing carbon-containing materials and organic components in the raw materials with heating values in the ceramsite. The waste heat recovery pipeline is configured for discharging decarburization exhaust gas and recovering heat released after the raw materials with heating values in the ceramsite are combusted or pyrolyzed in the decarburization exhaust gas.

Abstract: A digital twin-based edge-end collaborative scheduling method for heterogeneous tasks and resources includes the following steps: establishing an edge wireless network based on digital twin; constructing an edge-end collaborative scheduling problem prototype of the heterogeneous tasks and resources; performing problem conversion based on a multi-agent Markov decision process; constructing an Actor-Critic neural network model based on multi-agent deep reinforcement learning; performing offline centralized training of the neural network model by digital twin; performing online distributed execution of task offloading and computation and communication resource allocation by end devices to collaboratively process the heterogeneous tasks.

Abstract: Disclosed is an occluding stent. The occluding stent includes a distal flange occluding body, a proximal flange occluding body, and a connection portion. External surfaces of the distal flange occluding body and the proximal flange occluding body are both provided with a coating. An external surface of the connection portion is wholly or partially provided with a coating. A first occluding coating is provided between the distal flange occluding body and an inner cavity of the connection portion. The present invention overcomes the defect that the existing occluder device for closure of an esophagobronchial fistula is harmful to surrounding tissues, makes the device retractable, enhances the safety of the device, and improves life and treatment of patients. A new safe and effective treatment method for an esophagobronchial fistula is provided.

Abstract: Data routing with a forwarding process of service data can avoid problems of offline nodes. The forwarding process for data routing can also improve the fault tolerance and service data can be quickly transmitted to a corresponding data pool. Using consensus nodes and a target data pool with routing and forwarding tables along with subtrees from a trie tree can improve the routing. Subtrees may be obtained by splitting the trie tree from a root node by using a first leaf node as a benchmark, which correspondingly represents a data pool of the consensus node. The routing and forwarding table is configured to record addresses of data pools correspondingly represented by a preset quantity of leaf nodes in a corresponding subtree.

Abstract: The invention discloses a copyright protection and royalty distribution method based on a NFT and its associated smart contracts. The smart contracts govern the initial minting, derivative minting, and trading of the NFT as well as the royalty distributions of every trades in the lifetime of the NFT, This method uses blockchain and NFT technology to manage and protect the copyright of digital music. The ownership and trade transaction records of the NFT are verified through blockchain technology and the distribution of digital music royalties are automated via smart contracts. According to the method of the present invention, the copyright of digital music can be made more transparent and secure, the distribution of royalties can be more just and efficient, and copyright infringement and improper resale can be avoided.
