The direct-lit backlight module includes a driver substrate, a reflection layer on the driver substrate, multiple mini-LEDs arranged in an array on the reflection layer, multiple reflection bumps on the reflection layer among the mini-LEDs, and an optical film set on the reflection layer, the mini-LEDs, and the reflection bumps. The mini-LEDs are electrically connected to the driver substrate. The reflection bumps jointly form a mesh dot structure. When light passes through the mesh dot structure, the light is scattered by the mesh dot structure to various directions, thereby enhancing the lighting efficiency of the direct-lit backlight module.

The middle frame has one side facing the backlight module and receiving a second capacitive sensing electrode arranged therein. A gap exists between the second capacitive sensing electrode and backlight module. The first capacitive sensing electrode and the second capacitive sensing electrode configure an electrode-induction device jointly, for sensing a pressure signal applied on the capacitive touch screen. In a display time period of one frame, the pixel electrode transmits pixel voltage signals and pressure sensing signals alternately.

By manufacturing a touch circuit and a source/drain on the same layer, the touch circuit receives a touch signal from a drive circuit and transmits to a first transparent conductive layer. Compare to prior arts, a manufacturing process of a metal layer and an isolated layer is omitted in the disclosure so that steps of manufacturing process can be simplified, raw to materials can be saved, and further manufacturing period of a TFT substrate can be reduced and manufacturing cost reduction of a TFT substrate can be achieved. The TFT substrate in the disclosure has In-Cell touch function, simplified structure, and low manufacturing cost.
