Abstract: A stable dispersant and an application thereof in preparing copolymer polyols, the preparation method for the stable dispersant including the steps of 1) contacting a polyol with a dianhydride compound for reaction so as to prepare an adduct; 2) performing a ring-opening addition reaction on the adduct obtained in step 1) and an epoxy compound to prepare a stable dispersant; the dianhydride compound does not contain a double bond that may copolymerize with an olefinically unsaturated monomer, while the epoxy compound contains a double bond that may copolymerize with an olefinically unsaturated monomer, the polyol is a polyester polyol and/or a polyether polyol, preferably being a polyether polyol. The stable dispersant obtained by means of the described preparation method has a multi-active site anchoring function, and is applied to the synthesis of copolymer polyols to obtain copolymer polyols having relatively uniform particle size.

Abstract: Provided is a process of extracting structured chain-store data from chain-store websites, the process including: identifying, via a processor, a store-locator webpage from a store website; querying the store-locator webpage for store locations in a geographic area; detecting a repeating pattern in a document object model (DOM) of a responsive webpage returned by the store website, the repeating pattern containing location information for stores in the geographic area; extracting, from the repeating pattern, location information for the stores in the geographic area; and storing the location information in a business listing repository.

Abstract: One or more hierarchies of string patterns are generated a plurality of URL strings according to a pattern extraction procedure. Repeated string patterns are selected from the generated hierarchies of string patterns. A URL class is defined for each of selected repeated string patterns. Each URL class is associated with a respective group of URL strings in the plurality of URL strings, where the respective group of URL strings contains a repeated string pattern that defines the URL class. Respective aggregated data is calculated for each URL class. The respective aggregated data is based on respective data of each respective document of each URL string in the group of URL strings associated with the URL class. Respective data for a respective document referenced by a lookup-URL is predicted based on respective aggregated data of one or more of the URL classes.
