    Abstract: A full-circle secondary lining inverted arch construction formwork system for a long-distance tunnel and a formwork transporting method adopt a customized steel formwork, a steel pipe support, and a turn buckle. The steel pipe support is arranged on the longitudinal main edge, and is provided between the longitudinal rails and a primary lining for supporting vertical buoyancy. The turn buckle is arranged between two sides of the formwork and a reserved steel bar for resisting horizontal load generated during asymmetric pouring. A cantilever gantry crane and a transportation flat car are used for formwork transporting, wherein travel rails of the cantilever gantry crane and the transportation flat car are integrated on the customized steel formwork, and there is no other rail. According to the present, the formwork has high strength and rigidity, the formwork system is simple.

    Abstract: A rapid construction method for a secondary lining of a small-section tunnel includes steps of: transporting and store secondary lining steel bars to a designated position in the tunnel with a steel bar transport vehicle and a wheel type dump truck; after the tunnel is cleaned, simultaneously constructing the secondary lining from two ends to a middle of the tunnel; constructing a lower inverted arch with a customized inverted arch formwork and then constructing an upper arch wall with a plurality of portal arch wall formwork trolleys; wherein the portal arch wall formwork trolleys form a set, and are connected by hinges, so as to construct in a curve tunnel. The rapid construction method has a long single construction section, and procedure connection is compact, thereby realizing rapid and efficient construction of the secondary lining.

    Abstract: The present application provides a thin film transistor array substrate and a method for making the same. A technical solution of the present application is to divide a removable area from a planarization layer of a thin film transistor array substrate, all organic photoresist material in the removable area is entirely removed, and sealant is directly spread on the protection layer, which is easier to stick, to achieve better sealant adhesion effect. In this way, the whole structure of a TFT-LCD using the thin film transistor array substrate provided by the present application is adhered more firmly. Compared with the prior art, the method of the present application can improve the product pass rate effectively, and is simple and easy to execute.
