    Abstract: A hybrid organic solar cell (HOSC) with perovskite structure as absorption material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The HOSC includes a conductive substrate, a hole transport layer, an active layer, a hole blocking layer and a negative electrode. The active layer has a light absorption layer (LAL) and an electron acceptor layer (EAL). The LAL is made of perovskite material represented by the following equation: CnH2n+1NH3XY3, n is positive integer form 1 to 9; X is Pb, Sn or Ge; and Y is at least one of I, Br or Cl. The EAL is made of at least one type of fullerene or derivatives thereof. A planar heterojunction (PHJ) is formed between the LAL and the EAL. The LAL has simple structure and fabricating process with relatively low cost, so that it is advantageous to carry out the mass production of HOSCs of flexible solid-state form.

The coarse position can be determined by the mobile device, or by a network server configured to communicate with the mobile device. A camera on the mobile device can obtain images of human-readable information in an area near the coarse position. The view finder image can be processed with an OCR engine that is utilizing the OCR library information to determine one or more location string values. A location database can be searched based on the location string values. The position of the mobile device can be estimated and displayed. The position estimated can be adjusted based on the proximity of the mobile device to other features in the image.

The method decomposes a first net into a first and a second component, and decomposes a second net into a third and a fourth component. The method may obtain a first capacitance for the first component and the third component by a first method, and obtain a second capacitance for the second component and the fourth component by a second method different from the first method. A library with a plurality of entries may be provided, wherein each entry has a component pair comprising a component of the first net and a component of the second net, and a pre-calculated capacitance for the component pair. The first method may be to search a library to find a pre-calculated capacitance. The second method may be to obtain the first capacitance by an equation solver on the fly.

When the resonant converter operates in a case where a voltage gain is less than a predetermined value, the method includes: setting a mixed control start frequency, a mixed control stop frequency and a slope of a phase-shifting angle; detecting an operating frequency of the converter; calculating a time delay of phase shifting according to the slope, the mixed control start frequency, the mixed control stop frequency and a resonant frequency of the resonant converter; and according to the time delay, the mixed control start and stop frequencies, generating a control signal to adjust the operating frequency and the phase-shifting angle of the resonant converter. The present application can realize a relatively low voltage gain and a small circuit loss, thereby the circuit efficiency may be improved.
