    Abstract: A gain equalization device for an AC motor control includes two detection devices, a control process unit, a storage and two multipliers. Each detection device includes a current detector and an A/D converter. The current detectors are configured to detect the respective currents of two phases of an inverter circuit. Current feedback values are detected by the current detectors and converted into the digital signals by the A/D converters. The control process unit is configured to generate a compensation value to adjust the gain unbalance between gains of the detection devices. The storage is configured to store the compensation value. The multipliers are configured to compensate for an actual gain unbalance based on the compensation value stored in the storage and the current feedback values detected by the current detectors.

    Abstract: A device of gathering statistics of the gray distribution of an image and a method thereof are provided. The device includes a comparing unit, a count unit, a memory unit, and a data allotment unit. The comparing unit determines gray information of a plurality of gray data of the input image, and output a respective count signal accordingly. The count unit includes a plurality of counters. Each counter corresponding to predetermined gray information has a count value. The counters update the count values according to the respective count signals. When the count value exceeds a predetermined value, the count unit outputs a pulse signal corresponding to the predetermined gray information. The data allotment unit updates the statistics of the gray distribution of the image stored in the memory unit according to the pulse signal. The present invention reduces the number of the registers the counters require and decreases hardware costs.

The method for manufacturing a substrate structure comprising a film includes the steps of: providing a target substrate; providing an initial substrate; forming an embrittlement-layer on the initial substrate; forming a device layer on the embrittlement-layer; doping with hydrogen ions; bonding the device layer with the target substrate; and separating the device layer from the initial substrate. The hydrogen ions are added into the embrittlement-layer through doping, before an energy treatment is applied to embrittle and break the embrittlement-layer, thereby separating the device layer from the initial substrate. Since the hydrogen ions are added into the embrittlement-layer through doping, a crystal lattice structure of the device layer will not be damaged during the step of doping with hydrogen ions.
