    Abstract: This application provides an audio processing method and an electronic device. A position of a face or a mouth of a person who makes a sound in a video picture is determined, and a range in which sound pickup needs to be enhanced is determined based on the position of the face or the mouth of the person who makes a sound, to implement directional voice enhancement. The method includes: in a process of collecting a video picture and first audio, recognizing a target image of a sound-making object in the video picture; determining, based on the target image, a first sound pickup range corresponding to the sound-making object; and determining second audio based on the first audio and the first sound pickup range. In the second audio, audio volume in the first sound pickup range is greater than audio volume outside the first sound pickup range.
