The adjusting screw includes an end driven into the space of the first handle for abutment against the second end of the toggle. The release lever is pivotally connected with the second handle. The release lever includes a first end for abutment against the toggle and a second end to be pressed by a user. The spring includes an end secured to the first handle and an opposite end secured to the second jaw. The soft jacket wraps up the second handle and the release lever.

The attachment plate is mounted on the wall and the at least one contact housing is connected to the attachment plate. The decorative plate is detachably connected to the attachment plate, and the dust cover is moveably mounted between the attachment plate and the decorative plate. The attachment plate also has three prong slots corresponding to each contact housing. The present invention can be conveniently assembled and installed and improves safety.

The connecting block further includes a slot defined therein. Two follower blocks are mounted to both sides of the connecting block. A pin is extended through the follower blocks and the slot of the connecting block to guide sliding movements of the follower blocks along the slot relative to the connecting block. The movable jaw is connected to the follower blocks to move therewith.
