    Abstract: An adhesive composition with high frequency characteristics and the application thereof; wherein, the adhesive composition has a total weight of (A), (B) and (C) in 100 parts by weight, comprising: (A) 40-80 parts by weight of solvent-soluble polyimide; (B) 5-30 parts by weight of propenyl-modified polyphenylene oxide resin; (C) 10-30 parts by weight of epoxy resin; and optionally comprising at least one of the following components: (D) flexibilizer; (E) flame retardant; (F) inorganic filler; (G) coupling agent; and (H) catalyst. The adhesive composition has the advantages of low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, favorable heat resistance and low-temperature (<180° C.) adhesion. The adhesive composition can be used for preparing high-frequency protective membrane and high-frequency adhesive film.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of forming a metal layer on a specific photosensitive resin. The method comprises the following steps: (i) pretreatment: cleaning and pre-activating a surface of the photosensitive resin by using an alkaline solution; (ii) surface modification: soaking the photosensitive resin in a surface modifier to form an organic modification layer; (iii) surface activation: adding catalytic metal ions to form a metal ion complex with the organic modification layer; (iv) reduction reaction: reducing the metal ion complex into a nano metal catalyst by using a reducing agent; (v) chemical plating: soaking the photosensitive resin in an chemical plating solution to form a conductive metal layer; (vi) heat treatment: baking the photosensitive resin at 100-250° C., and (vii) electroplating thickening: electroplating the baked photosensitive resin to thicken the conductive metal layer.

    Abstract: An electronically commutated fan system includes an alternating-current-to-direct-current conversion unit, an inverter unit and a control unit. The alternating-current-to-direct-current conversion unit converts an alternating-current input power source into a first direct-current power source. The inverter unit is electrically connected between the alternating-current-to-direct-current conversion unit and a fan. The inverter unit converts the first direct-current power source into an alternating-current output power source and provides the alternating-current output power source to the fan to rotate. The control unit is electrically connected to the alternating-current-to-direct-current conversion unit and the inverter unit. The control unit controls the alternating-current-to-direct-current conversion unit and the inverter unit to adjust a rotational speed of the fan.
