  • Publication number: 20240146205
Abstract: A flyback power converter includes a power transformer, a first lossless voltage conversion circuit, a first low-dropout linear regulator and a secondary side power supply circuit. The first low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) generates a first operation voltage as power supply for being supplied to a sub-operation circuit. The secondary side power supply circuit includes a second lossless voltage conversion circuit and a second LDO. The second LDO generates a second operation voltage. The first operation voltage and the second operation voltage are shunted to a common node. When a first lossless conversion voltage is greater than a first threshold voltage, the second LDO is enabled to generate the second operation voltage to replace the first operation voltage as power supply supplied to the sub-operation circuit; wherein the second lossless conversion voltage is lower than the first lossless switching voltage.

  • Patent number: 11929425
Abstract: The current disclosure describes techniques for forming a low resistance junction between a source/drain region and a nanowire channel region in a gate-all-around FET device. A semiconductor structure includes a substrate, multiple separate semiconductor nanowire strips vertically stacked over the substrate, a semiconductor epitaxy region adjacent to and laterally contacting each of the multiple separate semiconductor nanowire strips, a gate structure at least partially over the multiple separate semiconductor nanowire strips, and a dielectric structure laterally positioned between the semiconductor epitaxy region and the gate structure. The first dielectric structure has a hat-shaped profile.

  • Patent number: 11894689
Abstract: The power supply system of the present invention includes a wireless electricity transmitter and a wireless electricity receiver transmitting electricity by electromagnetic coupling. The wireless electricity receiver is further connected to a vibrator of a vibrating processing apparatus to transmit electricity thereto. The wireless electricity transmitter has a controller to monitor the operating voltage and the operating current of the transmitter, and alternates the oscillation frequency of the operating voltage according to the phase difference between the operating voltage and the operating current. Thereby, the oscillation frequency may approach the resonance frequency of the vibrator in order to improve the efficiency of electricity transmission. Also, the distance between the wireless electricity transmitter and the wireless electricity receiver can be increased.

  • Patent number: 10753587
Abstract: A multipurpose illuminating device for auto detailing includes a main body, a control module and a lighting fixture. The main body has a fixed end and an illumination end oppositely disposed to each other, where the fixed end is used for fixedly connecting a machine tool or a platform. The control module, disposed at the main body, includes a first adjustment switch, a second adjustment switch and a third adjustment switch. The lighting fixture includes a multi-angle bending assembly and a lighting assembly. The multi-angle bending assembly is rotationally fixed to the illumination end. The lighting assembly is connected with the multi-angle bending assembly, and coupled electrically with the control module for controlling the light beams.
