When viewed along a central axis of the inspection region, at least one ray source may translate between scanning positions, and a translation distance of at least one ray source between two adjacent scanning positions is greater than a spacing between adjacent target spots of each ray source. When at least one ray source is located at one scanning position, at least one ray source and the detector assembly move in the traveling direction and at least one ray source emits X-rays. After moving a predetermined distance, at least one ray source translates to another scanning position.

    Abstract: Planar, double-side cooled half-bridge power modules using sintered-silver interposers and all sintered-silver joints are described. Thermo-mechanical simulations showed that use of the sintered-silver interposers reduce the thermo-mechanical stresses at vulnerable interfaces as compared to using solid copper interposers. The porous sintered-silver interposers are also easily deformable under a low load, which improves the yield of module interconnections in the presence of imperfections caused by variations in die thickness, interposer height, and substrate distortion. Results on the electrical performance of the modules validate the fabrication approach for the modules, for making high power-density converters with reliable operations at high junction temperatures.

    Abstract: This application provides a plug-in implementation system and method. The system includes a plug-in module and a terminal software module. When the terminal software module does not include a service implementation of a first plug-in interface, the plug-in module may load a default implementation of the first plug-in interface to invoke the first plug-in interface. In this way, a plug-in may be extended to extend a service function of a terminal. In addition, when the plug-in interface is inconsistent with a plug-in function, the default implementation of the plug-in interface is implemented by using the plug-in module, so that an open-source software module can run normally, to ensure normal running of an electronic device as much as possible. Therefore, the open-source software module no longer depends on the terminal software module, and the terminal software module can be decoupled from the open-source software module.
