Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for communication. In an aspect, a position estimation entity (e.g., gNB, LMF, location server, UE, etc.) determines a paired downlink positioning reference signal (DL-PRS) resource configuration for a first DL-PRS and a second DL-PRS that is offset in time from the first DL-PRS by a time offset, the first and second DL-PRSs associated with the same transmission source. The position estimation entity transmits the paired DL-PRS resource configuration to a UE, which performs measurements in accordance with the paired DL-PRS resource configuration.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for monitoring a short-term voltage stability of a power system. The method includes: obtaining a topology and time series of a current power system; inputting the topology and the time series of the current power system into a trained spatial-temporal graph network model, the trained spatial-temporal graph network model being obtained by classification learning on a spatial-temporal graph network model based on a simulation sample dataset; outputting a status of the short-term voltage stability of the power system; and sending an alarm signal in response to outputting an unstable status of the short-term voltage stability of the power system.

Abstract: A skin layer of a superconducting tape has a woven mesh structure and is disposed on a surface of a superconducting tape. The skin layer of a superconducting tape solves the problem where a vapor layer generated when a superconductor is in a normal resistive state greatly reduces the efficiency of a heat exchange between the superconductor and liquid nitrogen. Further provided are the superconducting tape and a superconducting coil.

Abstract: A distributed display method provides different parts of an application interface that are collaboratively displayed on a plurality of terminals, so that manners for collaborative display between the plurality of terminals are more flexible and richer. A first terminal displays a first interface including a first part and a second part. When the first terminal detects that a preset condition is met, the first terminal displays a second interface, where the second interface includes the first part and does not include the second part; and the first terminal notifies a second terminal to display a third interface, where the third interface includes the second part and does not include the first part.

Abstract: A health protection system and a method for passengers on a train in a polluted indoor environment are provided. The health protection system includes a basic data acquisition module, an outdoor air quality prediction module, an indoor air quality prediction module, and a ventilation strategy generation module, wherein the basic data acquisition module acquires basic data; the outdoor air quality prediction module predicts outdoor air quality of the train; the indoor air quality prediction module predicts indoor air quality of the train; and the ventilation strategy generation module generates a ventilation strategy and achieves health protection of the passengers on the train. The method includes: predicting indoor and outdoor air quality data information of the train according to the acquired indoor and outdoor air quality data of the train; and generating a corresponding ventilation strategy according to the indoor and outdoor air quality data of the train.

Abstract: A method for distributing an equity reward for federated learning based on an equity theory includes the following steps: applying Adams' equity theory to federated learning, analyzing, by a participant, all factors invested in a federated task comprehensively, then giving an expected reward for this task, calculating, by the task publisher, the reputation of the participant; participating, by the participant, in each round of a training task using a local data to evaluate data contribution, model contribution, and a waiting-time allowance of the participant, then combining contribution results of the three factors to evaluate the contribution of the participant; after a global model converges, dynamically adjusting weights of the three factors according to an objective function of the equity reward, with a goal that an actual reward of the participant is as close as possible to the expected reward, and obtaining and distributing the actual reward of the participant.

Abstract: A database service may distribute resources across different geographic locations or other infrastructures to increase availability of the resources and may provide multiple locations to access resources and isolate failure of resources to a respective location or infrastructure. The processing resources in differing fault tolerance zones may be able to continue operating in the event of an outage impacting an entire fault tolerance zone. The database service may generate a supporting processing cluster in the differing fault tolerance zone that handles at least a portion of the access requests of an initial processing cluster. The database service may provision the supporting processing cluster in a separate fault tolerance zone that has a similar capacity and may provision and maintain the cluster in order to preclude the potential of not having sufficient capacity to recover upon failure of a single fault tolerance zone.

Abstract: Idle periods may be for management actions at processing clusters for managed databases. A leader node of a processing cluster for a managed database may monitor a network endpoint at a proxy service associated with a database managed by the database service. An idle period for the database may be detected. A management action for the processing cluster may be determined to be performed during the detected idle period. The leader node may cause the determined management action to be performed.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for realizing session identifier synchronization are provided. The method includes initiating a first request for logging into an application program to a server, the first request including a first session identifier, the first session identifier being generated from a login account and an original password of the application program; performing a validity verification on a user of a terminal and sending a verification result that is obtained to the server to allow the server to perform a check on the verification result if the first session identifier is determined to be invalid by the server; and receiving a second session identifier from the server and storing the second session identifier into the terminal if the verification result is verified and approved by the server, the second session identifier being generated from the login account and a new password.

Abstract: A method applied to an onboard terminal including receiving a payment authentication request sent by a server, and forwarding the payment authentication request to a user device having an established communication connection, the payment authentication request including a user identifier; receiving encrypted payment certification information responded by the user device and sending the encrypted payment certification information to the server, the encrypted payment certification information including the user identifier and a user device identifier; and receiving a certification result sent by the server and performing payment processing according to the certification result, the certification result indicating whether there is a binding relationship between the user identifier and the user device identifier. The present disclosure solves a technical problem of poor payment security in an existing mobile payment technology applied to onboard terminals.

The power button includes a button body and a latching arm. The button body pushes the contact switch to turn on/off the portable power source, and the latching arm rebounds the button body away from the contact switch.

Abstract: A power button structure for a mobile power pack is disclosed, wherein the mobile power pack has a housing having a front end defining two output ports, an input port and a power button accommodating portion. The power button accommodating portion includes a receiving room, a hollow protrusion in the receiving room, and a recess below the receiving room. A power button has a shelled pressing portion and a U-shaped holding portion extending downwardly from the pressing portion. The pressing portion is attached to the hollow protrusion and when the pressing portion is pressed a contact switch which is located in front of the hollow protrusion is activated. The holding portion extends downwardly inside of the recess and is located between a front side wall and a rear side wall of the housing defining the recess.

Abstract: A substrate coating and a method of forming the same are provided. The substrate coating includes a first layer formed on a substrate, in which the composition of the first layer includes at least silicon-rich-carbon, and the amount of silicon is about equal to or greater than the amount of carbon; and a second layer formed on the first layer, in which the composition of the second layer includes at least fluorine doped diamond-like-carbon. The substrate coating not only is easy to clean, has good wearing performance, and provides a smooth surface, but also has better adhesion to prevent peeling off.

Abstract: A sliding module includes a first section, a second section, a pivot plate, a hinge module and an assist lever. Two sides of the pivot plate are respectively rotatably connected to the first section and the hinge module. The hinge module is positioned on the second section. Two ends of the assist lever are respectively rotatably connected to the first section and the second section. The first section brings the pivot plate to rotate relative to the hinge module, and elevates the assist lever, the pivot plate and the assist lever bring the first section to move and rotate relative to the second section in a tilted orientation.

Abstract: A portable electronic device includes a main body, a first cover and a second cover. The main body includes a display formed on a surface thereof. The first cover is rotatably connected to one end of the main body and the second cover is rotatably connected to another end of the main body. When the first cover and the second cover are in a closed state, the first cover and the second cover are positioned at an opposite surface of the display. When the first cover and the second cover are unfolded like wings to be in an open state, the first cover and the second cover are positioned to extend from opposite sides of the display.

Abstract: A hinge assembly includes a shaft, a main body drive member, a follower, and a resilient member. The main body drive member, the follower, and the resilient member are mounted with the shaft in turn. One end of the main body drive member has a cam. One end of the follower has a cam engaging with the cam of the main body drive member. The resilient member causes the cam of the follower to resist the cam of the main body drive member due to the decompression of the resilient member, and when the follower is manually rotated relative to the main body drive member about an angle, the follower automatically rotates relative to the main body drive member due to the decompression of the resilient member.
