Abstract: Apparatus, media, methods, and systems for data storage systems and methods for improved recovery after a write abort event are described. A data storage system may comprise a non-volatile memory device, having one or more wordlines configured to receive a read level voltage, and a controller. The controller is configured to detect whether a write abort event occurred for the data storage system. The controller is configured to determine a first voltage offset based on one or more of a wear-level indication of the non-volatile memory device, or one or more voltage parameters of the non-volatile memory device. The controller is configured to determine, based on the first voltage offset, an adjusted read level voltage. The controller is configured to apply the adjusted read level voltage to a wordline of the non-volatile memory device. The controller is configured to read data, based on the applied adjusted read level voltage, from the wordline of the non-volatile memory device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method, and apparatus and a computer readable medium for controlling a storage system. For example, a method for controlling a storage system is provided. The method comprises: determining a control factor related to a background operation in the storage system, the control factor including a usage state of a storage resource pool in the storage system; setting a priority level for the background operation based on the determined control factor; and controlling execution of the background operation based on the set priority level. Embodiments of the present disclosure may accelerate execution of background operations, improve resource utilization efficiency, and ensure good I/O performance.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method, an apparatus, a device and a system for sign language translation, where a server receives video information sent by a terminal device, and preprocesses the video information to obtain at least one sign language action; the at least one sign language action is input into a sign language model for classification and prediction to obtain a word corresponding to the at least one sign language action; each word is input into a language model to determine whether an intention expression is complete; and each word is sent to the terminal device when the intention expression is complete, so that the terminal device displays each word, thereby realizing the translation of the sign language action into text, enabling the ordinary persons to better understand intentions of the hearing impaired, thus improving efficiency of communications.

Abstract: A junction barrier schottky (JBS) diode is provided and includes: a bottom metal layer, a N+-type substrate layer and a N?-type epitaxial layer sequentially arranged in that order from bottom to top, P-type ion injection regions are disposed on an upper surface of the N?-type epitaxial layer, distances of the P-type ion injection regions are gradually increased along a direction from an edge to a center of the JBS diode; an isolation dielectric layer is arranged on a periphery of the upper surface of the N?-type epitaxial layer, an top metal layer is arranged on the upper surface of the N?-type epitaxial layer and an upper surface of the isolation dielectric layer and further is in contact with the P-type ion injection regions. The JBS diode can effectively inhibit an occurrence of local electromigration and improve a device reliability.

Abstract: Disclosed is a degradable sponge block with an infiltrating stem cell suspension, and the stem cells are filled in the network structure holes of the sponge material in a cell suspension state. The stem cell preparation sponge patch complex can be clamped by the instrument and directly delivered to the physiological site of cell therapy due to its rigid support. In addition, the complex is also capable of deformation, which can be fixed at the healing site and realize in-situ release of cells. The cells are loosely bound to the sponge, which can realize the cell preparation reaching the treatment site under the carrying of sponge materials, and release the cell preparation under the action of external forces. The sponge materials only play the role of loading stem cells and carrying them to the treatment site, and then biodegradation and avoiding foreign body residue.

The techniques further involve: in response to the physical address of the data block to which the plurality of snapshots to be deleted point being the same as the target physical address, setting flag bits associated with the plurality of snapshots to be deleted to a first state. The techniques further involve: in response to detecting the first state, updating a target weight with a sum of weights of the plurality of snapshots to be deleted (e.g., respective quotas).

In one example embodiment, the jobs may correspond to particular data visualizations to be downloaded.

Hence, the technical solutions provided by embodiments of the present disclosure solve the problem in the prior art that the form of displaying the search result page is relatively single and exhibits lower interactivity and flexibility.

Defects in the visual field can be detected by assessing for breaks or discontinuity in the observation of the contour-rich scene by the person.

Abstract: An imaging device includes a focusing element, an image sensor, and an actuator configured to translate at least one of the image sensor and the focusing element relative to each other. A controller of the imaging device is configured to use the image sensor to capture an image frame including at least a portion of the image of the object, determine a current position of the image of the object in the image frame, determine a deviation of the current position from a target position of the image of the object in the image frame, and operate the actuator to reduce the deviation. In this manner, the image of the object may be brought to a center of a captured image frame. Such an imaging device may be used as a self-aligning eye-tracking camera in a near-eye display.
