Abstract: A method of forming semiconductor structure includes attaching backsides of top dies to a front side of a bottom wafer, the bottom wafer comprising a plurality of bottom dies; forming first conductive pillars on the front side of the bottom wafer adjacent to the top dies; forming a first dielectric material on the front side of the bottom wafer around the top dies and around the first conductive pillars; and dicing the bottom wafer to form a plurality of structures, each of the plurality of structures comprising at least one of the top dies and at least one of the bottom dies.

Abstract: A method includes forming a dielectric layer over a contact pad of a device, forming a first polymer layer over the dielectric layer, forming a first conductive line and a first portion of a second conductive line over the first polymer layer, patterning a photoresist to form an opening over the first portion of the second conductive feature, wherein after patterning the photoresist the first conductive line remains covered by photoresist, forming a second portion of the second conductive line in the opening, wherein the second portion of the second conductive line physically contacts the first portion of the second conductive line, and forming a second polymer layer extending completely over the first conductive line and the second portion of the second conductive line.

Abstract: A retractable safety syringe includes a needle set, a barrel and a plunger. The needle set is attached to the barrel, and has a first engaging portion at one end. The plunger is mounted with a compressive piston and terminates in a second engaging portion. The piston contacts with a shoulder of the barrel as the plunger is pushed forward. To withdraw the need set inside the barrel, the plunger is pushed forward while the piston contacts with the shoulder of the barrel so as to engage the first and second engaging portion. The plunger is thereby locked with the needle set for withdrawal inside the barrel.

Abstract: A needle-retractable safety hypodermic syringe is disclosed to include a barrel, a needle assembly at the front end of the barrel, a plunger mounted with a stopper for expelling medicine out of the barrel through the needle assembly and pulling the needle assembly into the inside of the barrel after the service, a first retaining portion formed inside the rear end of the barrel, and a second retaining portion formed on a connector at the plunger for engaging the fist retaining portion to secure the needle assembly firmly inside the barrel after the service of the safety hypodermic syringe.

Abstract: A safe retractable type syringe comprising a needle set, a barrel and a plunger, the needle set is inserted into and connected with the inner wall of the barrel from the front end of the barrel, and is pulled back into the barrel to be connected with the barrel after injection. The syringe is characterized in that, the bottom of the needle set has on the periphery thereof at least one first annular flange, the front end of the barrel has on its inner wall a second annular flange and at least two protruding ribs equidistantly away from the second annular flange; this can improve the state of connecting of the needle set with the barrel, the needle set and the barrel thus are tightly engaged with each other, thereby liquid medicine can be sealed, and the operations to insert with a force and connect and pull the needle set into the barrel are both easy; thereby manufacturing of the engaging structure of the needle set and the barrel can be easier.

Abstract: A retractable safe syringe, including a needle set, a cylinder and a plunger. The cylinder is formed as a needle-set socket on its upper portion. The needle set has a first engaging portion on the bottom, and is connected to the needle-set socket with a predetermined force. The plunger has a piston on its front portion, and a second engaging portion is provided on the front end of the position. The piston is made of elastic material, has a hollow space therein, and is in a shape easy to be compressed and restored. The piston can be pushed upwards in the cylinder until the top of the piston contacts the top wall in injecting space of the cylinder at the situation that the first engaging portion is not connected with the second engaging portion.

Abstract: A retractable safety type syringe operatable with single-hand comprises: a barrel with a bottom plate extending externally toward all directions on the rear end thereof; a needle set fixedly connected to the front end of the barrel, the needle set having a first engaging portion on the rear end thereof; and a plunger placed in the barrel, having on the front end thereof a second engaging portion to engage with the first engaging portion, and having an end plate on the rear end of the plunger. Thereby, two fingers can be used to hook the bottom plate of the barrel, and another finger of the same hand can be used to push forwards the plunger for injection; after injection, two fingers can be used to abut against the end plate on the rear end of the plunger, another finger of the same hand can be used to push the bottom plate extending out of the barrel, so that the plunger moves relatively to the barrel to get the function of pulling the plunger rearwards.

Abstract: A safety syringe comprises a needle set, a barrel and a plunger. Wherein the front end of the needle set is connected with a needle, while the rear end is provided with a first coupling portion; the bottom of the needle set has on the periphery thereof at least an annular flange. The barrel is hollow, its front end is formed as a socket to connect the needle set; the socket has on its inner wall two mutually neighboring annular flanges. The rear end of the barrel is used for slipping in the plunger of which the front end has a piston; a second coupling portion is provided on the front end of the piston. Hence when the needle set is connected to the needle-set socket, the said at least an annular flange on the periphery of the needle set is located between the two annular flanges on the inner wall of the needle-set socket to increase the tightness of connection.

Abstract: A retractable type safety syringe comprises a needle set, a barrel and a plunger, wherein the needle set has a first engaging portion on the bottom thereof. The front end of the plunger has a contractible elastic piston. The piston has a second engaging portion on the top thereof to be engaged with the first engaging portion. When the piston is pushed into the injecting space of the barrel to contact the inner wall on the top end of the injecting space, and when a force is exerted to make the first engaging portion connect with the second engaging portion, the piston can restore from the deformed state to overcome the fixed connecting force of the needle set. The safety syringe has a variety of feasible shapes and structures of pistons that can suit various retractable type safety syringes.
