The processing device may, responsive to sound sources in a three-dimensional (3D) space, obtain a first plurality of electronic signals generated by the microphone array, divide a set of angles within the 3D space into J subsets of angles and identify a location of each sound source in the 3D space, with respect to the subsets of angles, based on the first plurality of electronic signals. An associated cost function may be evaluated for each frequency sub-band of a plurality of frequency sub-bands and for each subset of angles and a second plurality of electronic signals corresponding to the target microphone array may be generated based on the evaluation of the associated cost function.

This invention provides a protein, comprising 39 amino acids of the N-terminal ?-helix part of the Ata protein transport functional domain of Acinetobacter baumannii and an adjuvant protein; amino acid sequence of said 39 amino acids of the N-terminal ?-helix part of the Ata protein transport functional domain of Acinetobacter baumannii is shown as the 127th-165th amino acid residues of SEQ ID NO:2. In present invention the 39 amino acids of the N-terminal ?-helix part of surface protein Ata (Acinetobacter trimeric autotransporter) of Acinetobacter baumannii, was took to fuse with CTB, and express in BL21. The protein was purified by a nickel column, and used to intraperitoneally immunize mouses by 2.5 ?g/mouse. Its immunogenicity and immunoprotection was verified through the animal experiments, which proves it has a good effect of anti-infection of Acinetobacter baumannii.

A receiver of the OTDR receives a scattered signal from the optical fiber, where a frequency of the scattered signal is the same as a frequency of the first optical signal. Then, the laser emitting apparatus outputs a second optical signal in a third time period, where a frequency of the second optical signal is different from the frequency of the first optical signal. The second optical signal is used as a local oscillator signal to implement coherent detection in the receiver.
