    Abstract: An interconnect structure on a semiconductor die includes: a lower conductive layer; an upper conductive layer disposed above the lower conductive layer; and a VIA disposed between the lower conductive layer and the upper conductive layer. The VIA includes: a primary interconnect structure and a sacrificial stress barrier ring disposed around the primary interconnect structure and separated a distance from the primary interconnect structure. A fabrication method for the interconnect structure includes: forming a dielectric layer over a lower conductive layer; patterning photoresist (PR) layer over the dielectric layer to define a location for a plurality of VIA trenches, wherein the patterning includes patterning the PR layer to provide a center opening for the VIA trenches that is surrounded by a ring opening for the VIA trenches, wherein the center opening and the ring opening are spaced apart.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a multi-modality molecular imaging probe, and a preparation method and use thereof. The multi-modality molecular imaging probe has an ABA structure, with a magnetic functional unit of a gadolinium complex at the center, and two identical phosphorescent functional units of an iridium complex, which are reasonably integrated into the same one complex molecule. The multi-modality molecular imaging probe simultaneously introduces two optical functional units of the iridium complex and one magnetic functional unit of a gadolinium chelate in the same one complex molecule, which exhibits magnetic-optical dual functional properties. It therefore could be used to prepare both a contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging and an optical probe for optical imaging.

The high salt concentration electrolytes improve the cycle performance of rechargeable lithium metal anode based batteries. The same electrolytes can operate above 4.3 V and up to 5.0 V vs. Li/Li+.     Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide various examples of real-time visual object tracking. In another aspect, a process for performing a local re-identification of a target object which was earlier detected in a video but later lost when tracking the target object is disclosed. This process begins by receiving a current video frame of the video and a predicted location of the target object. The process then places a current search window in the current video frame centered on or in the vicinity of the predicted location of the target object. Next, the process extracts a feature map from an image patch within the current search window. The process further retrieves a set of stored feature maps computed at a set of previously-determined locations of the target object from a set of previously-processed video frames in the video. The process next computes a set of correlation maps between the feature map and each of the set of stored feature maps.

    Abstract: A mold for molding an integral pulp-molded bottle shell includes a pulp suction system, an extrusion system, and a hot-press molding system. A process for producing the pulp-molded bottle shell by the mold includes: forming a wet bottle preform in a pulp suction cavity through the pulp suction system; controlling the moisture content and thickness of the wet bottle preform by extrusion of an elastomer bag of the extrusion system; and injecting a pressurized fluid through an elastomer bag in the hot-press molding system, and performing hot-press drying in conjunction with a lower hot-press mold. An apparatus and process for producing a pulp-molded bottle having a plastic liner are provided. The apparatus includes an area for molding a pulp-molded bottle shell, an area for cutting the pulp-molded bottle shell, an area for storing a plastic bottle preform, and an area for performing loading of a liner.

By changing the relative intensities of an ultrabroad linewidth orange LED and narrow-linewidth blue LD components, a hybrid LED/LD device achieves correlated color temperature (CCT) ranging from 3000 K to above 6000 K with color rendering index (CRI) values reaching 83.1. Orange-emitting NWs LED are utilized as an active-phosphor, while a blue LD was used for both color mixing and optical wireless communications.
