  • Publication number: 20080047130
Abstract: A method of fabricating antenna units is described, including providing a conductive material and a dielectric material, laminating the conductive material and the dielectric material, press-cutting the conductive material to form therein circuits of a plurality of antenna units, removing the conductive material other than the circuits to form a composite structure, and cutting the composite structure to obtain the antenna units. Before each antenna unit is obtained through cutting, a chip may be bonded onto the circuit thereof and then packaged so that an RFID tag is obtained after the cutting. The method allows the manufacturer to conduct a fabricating process in high efficiency, low cost and little pollution in a continuous manner, and also allows each antenna to have a full receiving performance due to the precision of the process.

  • Patent number: 6142827
Abstract: A connector casing with fluid a plastics baffle including a terminal case and a cable extending into the terminal case. The terminal case is formed from a top and a base closed to each other by fasteners provided on their side walls. The terminal case defines an inner space for containing a terminal holder which firmly holds the end of the cable extended into the terminal case. A cable holder projects from the base of the terminal case to hold the cable in place. A baffle having an opening is provided on the top corresponding to the cable holder, such that when the baffle is downward folded to a vertical position, its two ends fittingly contact with two side walls of the terminal case and its opening straddles an outer periphery of the cable extending into the terminal case via the opening, leaving no gap for any fluid plastics for forming an insulating cover of the connector to enter into the terminal case and damage the terminal holder.

  • Patent number: 5201669
Abstract: A connection device of a computer connector comprising a clip piece composed of a metal spring leaf and a press-button fixed onto said metal spring leaf, and an insertion socket in the shape of long sheet provided in the clip hole on the side of the shell of the connector stand wherein, in the central portion of the metal spring leaf of the clip piece, two corresponding protrusions in the form of "["-shape sheet is stamped in order that the clip piece will be inserted into the insertion socket in the form of long sheet through the clip hole; one end of the metal spring leaf of the clip piece is in the form of a hook to hook-coupling with the head piece of the computer connector; and the other end of the metal spring leaf of the clip piece is clutched with the press-button. Thus, the computer connector is quick in production and assembly, easy in application, simple in maintenance and replacement, firm in location and wide in the applied field.
