Abstract: According to an embodiment, the projection apparatus maintenance system is adapted for a projection apparatus having a communication interface and a projection unit. The projection unit projects a projection image according to an image data. The method comprises: transmitting a usage data corresponding to the projection apparatus to a mobile apparatus through the communication interface; transmitting the usage data to a network server through the mobile apparatus and receiving a maintenance data which is provided by the network server in correspondence to the transmitted usage data; receiving at least one maintenance command from the mobile apparatus through the communication interface; and executing a maintenance operation corresponding to the projection apparatus according to the at least one maintenance command. As a result, the maintenance efficiency of the projection apparatus can be improved.

Abstract: A protection system for a display apparatus and a method thereof are provided. The protection system includes an electronic key and a protection module. The protection system performs security identification with a plurality of passwords and updates the passwords every time after the security identification is completed to improve the security of the display apparatus. The display apparatus is allowed to be turned on when one of the passwords is correct, and the passwords are separately updated after the security identification is completed. The protection system is highly secure and provides greater convenience to users.

The video device comprises a plurality of signal receivers; the signal receiver is used for receiving a signal, wherein each of the signal receivers receives one type of the corresponding video signal. First, the video device receives the signal, wherein the receivers receives a signal, directly detects one of the signal receivers which is carrying the video signal, and determines the type of the video signal being inputted to the signal receiver; and finally sending the video signal to an image processor for image processing.
