Abstract: A method of manufacturing a photoelectric and thermoelectric sensor includes the steps of: preparing a silicon substrate and an etching solution that includes hydrofluoric acid, isopropyl alcohol and deionized water; performing electrochemical etching on the silicon substrate in the etching solution to obtain a porous silicon substrate; and forming on the porous silicon substrate an electrode unit that is connected to the porous silicon substrate and that is adapted for being connected to an external circuit.

Abstract: A signal generating circuit comprises a signal synchronizing module and a control circuit. The signal synchronizing module includes: a first delay path for delaying a target signal to generate a first delayed target signal by utilizing a first delay amount; a second delay path for delaying the target signal to generate a second delayed target signal by utilizing a second delay amount larger than the first delay amount; and a logic module, for gating the target signal to generate a first output signal according to the first delayed target signal, or gating the target signal to generate a second output signal according to the second delayed target signal. The control circuit controls the signal synchronizing module to output one of the first output signal and the second output signal according to phase difference between the target signal and a reference signal.

Abstract: A spinning top includes a main body tapering from a top end to a bottom end thereof and having a rotating tip end at the bottom end, and a plate body including a base portion connected to and covering the top end of the main body, an annular grip portion extending outwardly and radially from the base portion, and a top face defined by top surfaces of the base portion and the annular grip portion. The base portion has a central tapered groove tapering downwardly from the top face of the plate body. The rotating tip end has a diameter smaller than a smallest diameter of the central tapered groove.

Abstract: An expansion bolt assembly includes an elongated bolt body. The bolt body is formed with an externally threaded insert portion that is adapted to be inserted into a bore formed in a wall, and an anchoring portion that extends from the insert portion and that is adapted to extend out of the bore and to project from the wall. The anchoring portion includes an externally threaded shank and a turning unit. The turning unit is disposed on one end of the shank and is adapted to engage a tool for driving axial rotation of the bolt body. A washer is sleeved on the bolt body between the insert and anchoring portions, and is adapted to lie against the wall. A sleeve is sleeved on the insert portion and has a proximate section abutting against the washer, and a distal section opposite to the proximate section and formed with a plurality of axially extending slits. The sleeve cooperates with the insert portion to confine an annular expansion chamber therebetween.
