    Abstract: A wafer image capturing apparatus, including a loud/unload system, at least one imaging station and a conveying device, are provided. The loud/unload system contains a plurality of wafers. The at least one imaging includes a platform and an image capturing device. The conveying device includes a movable component for moving the wafer to a platform of at least one imaging station. An image capturing device is configured to capture an image of the wafer. A method for image capturing is also provided, including: operating a conveying device to pick a wafer from a load/unload system and move the wafer to at least one imaging station; and operating at least one image capturing device to capture an image from above or below the imaging station. Thus, the flexibility and efficiency of wafer image capturing can be improved.

The coil is connected to an output end of the electromagnetic induction power supply auxiliary unit. The coil and the laser head do synchronous movement to implement small-area real-time preheating and slow cooling on the deposition sample.

    Abstract: A grating measuring module includes a light source, a collimating device, a first grating, a second grating, and an image sensing chip. The first grating is arranged on an optical path of the collimating device and the second grating is arranged on an optical path of the first grating. Each of the two gratings comprises a first pattern and a plurality of second patterns locating at the both sides of the first pattern. The first and second gratings can each be attached to an object which may be displaced in relation to another object, so allowing light of a certain pattern to pass depending on the magnitude of the displacement. The image sensing chip arranged on an optical path from the second grating receives light emitted from the light source and forms an image from which a displacement can be calculated and displayed.

A foodstuff accommodating chamber within the steaming cabinet has a volume of V1. The steam cooking device satisfies V1/WH1?160. The cooking temperature is between 101° C. and 150° C. and is lower than or equal to the temperature of the steam when the steam is outputted from the pressure accumulating steam boiler.

The crosslinking agent is subjected the elastomer to a crosslinking reaction during a heating and blending process, such that the elastomer can invert into a discontinuous phase dispersed in the thermoplastic material, thereby producing the shoe sole of the present invention. Therefore, the shoe sole material has an excellent recycling property, further improving reusability of the shoe sole.
