  • Patent number: 11968817
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a fin structure. A source/drain region is formed on the fin structure. A first gate structure is disposed over the fin structure. A source/drain contact is disposed over the source/drain region. The source/drain contact has a protruding segment that protrudes at least partially over the first gate structure. The source/drain contact electrically couples together the source/drain region and the first gate structure.

  • Publication number: 20240124292
Abstract: An auxiliary operation device for a droplet dispenser includes a droplet sensor, an imaging device and a processor. The droplet sensor has a detected area located between a droplet dispenser and a target area, wherein the droplet sensor detects a droplet output from the droplet dispenser, and outputs a corresponding droplet detection signal. The imaging device captures an image of the target area. The processor obtains a dripping time point at which the droplet passes through the detected area according to the droplet detection signal, and determines whether the target area is shielded within a first time range according to the image, so as to evaluate whether the droplet has successfully dropped into the target area. The above-mentioned auxiliary operating device of the droplet dispenser can objectively determine whether the droplets successfully drops into the target area, and improve the accuracy of judgment.

  • Publication number: 20240089607
Abstract: An image sensing device and a control device of an illumination device thereof are provided. The control device includes a control circuit, an operation circuit, and multiple driving signal generators. The control circuit generates multiple control signals. The operation circuit performs a logical operation on the control signals and an image capturing signal to generate multiple operation results. The driving signal generator respectively provides multiple driving signals to the illumination device according to the operation results, and the driving signals respectively have multiple different output powers.

  • Publication number: 20180113919
Abstract: Rendering graphical user interfaces display query results based on latent intent of users comprises a query network system. The query server stores data for each result of a group of search results, the product data comprising one or more items of metadata that are usable by the one or more computing devices and are not presented with the results for display to a user computing device. The server correlates items of metadata associated with results selected after first query to determine latent intent of the user. The server receives a second query and determines that the second query includes terms related to the first query. The server determines a latent intent of the second query based on the correlation and provides instructions to the user computing device to render a graphical user interface, the graphical user interface comprising the query results.

  • Publication number: 20180011615
Abstract: In various embodiments, an optimization engine regenerates items included in an interactive page while the user is interacting with the interactive page. In operation, an optimization engine displays a portion of the interactive page during a viewing session. Subsequently, the optimization engine computes a probability distribution for the viewing session over a set of interests based on model parameters and operations performed by the user during the viewing session. The optimization engine then regenerates items that are included in a second portion of the interactive page based on the probability distribution for the viewing session. The optimization engine displays a least a part of the resulting regenerated interactive page. Advantageously, by regenerating items included in the interactive page based on operations performed by the user during the viewing session, the optimization engine reduces the time required for the user to view an item that piques an interest.
