  • Publication number: 20240391419
Abstract: A wireless vehicle control device, disposed on a vehicle, includes a first communication unit, at least one second communication unit and a central management unit. The first communication unit is configured to detect a first communication signal of a portable electronic device. The at least one second communication unit is configured to detect a second communication signal of the portable electronic device, wherein a communication range of the at least one second communication unit is smaller than that of the first communication unit. The central management unit is configured to activate the at least one second communication unit to perform detection when determining that the first communication unit is paired with the portable electronic device according to the first communication signal, and control at least one vehicle lock according to the first communication signal when a distance corresponding to the second communication signal is not greater than a default distance.

  • Publication number: 20140017677
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method using gene detection to analyze personality traits of a human subject, which comprising steps of (a) providing a subject's test specimen; (b) conducting a gene polymorphism analysis for a plurality of genetic polymorphism biomarkers of the test specimen, wherein the plurality of genetic polymorphism biomarkers are composed of following single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs); TPH1(SEQ ID NO:2), EGF(SEQ ID NO:4), NET_T-182C(SEQ ID NO:5), DRD1(SEQ ID NO:8), DRD4(SEQ ID NO:10) and COMT(SEQ ID NO:11), and following variable number tandem repeats (VNTRs): MAOA_VNTR(SEQ ID NO:16); and (c) determining the subject's surgerncy, negative affection and orienting/regulation of personality traits according to the results of the gene polymorphism analysis; wherein TPH1, DRD4 and COMT are correlated to surgency, EGF and DRD1, MAOA_VNTR are correlated to negative affection, and NET_T-182C and COMT are correlated to orienting/regulation of personality traits.

  • Publication number: 20130177661
Abstract: Disclosed are a Saussurea involucrate extract, pharmaceutical composition and use thereof for anti-fatigue and anti-aging. In the embodiments of the present invention, a low dose of ethyl acetate fraction of Saussurea involucrate (preferably 30 mg/kg) and Rutin (preferably 30 mg/kg) can inhibit MDA expression level and increase GPx activity. Additionally, both decrease the expression of COX-2, PARP and caspase-3, via downregulation of NF-kappaB, resulting in neuroprotection. Further, syringe feeding of Saussurea involucrate extract is also performed in aging mouse model. In the future, Saussurea involucrate extract of the present invention can be used in neuroprotection, particularly in treatment or prevention of cerebral diseases, nerve diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, chronic neurodegenerative diseases, aging, and fatigue, caused by oxidative injury.
