    Abstract: A method for ascertaining an operating state an exhaust gas burner in an exhaust system of an internal combustion engine. The burner is supplied with air by means of a secondary air system and with fuel by means of a fuel system. Exhaust gas generated in the burner is discharged into the exhaust system of the internal combustion engine. The method includes: detecting a sensor signal of at least one pressure sensor arranged in an air path upstream and/or downstream of the burner; ascertaining an amplitude of at least one periodic partial signal contained in the sensor signal and having a predeterminable frequency; and ascertaining the operating state of the burner depending on the ascertained amplitude. A computing unit, an exhaust system, and a computer program for carrying out the method are also provided.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-excitation-source axial-flux permanent-magnet motor with partitioned, hierarchical, and variable poles, and a variable-condition driving control system. The motor mainly includes a main magnetic pole and an auxiliary magnetic pole. The main magnetic pole is responsible for providing a main air gap flux and is connected in series with a dual-stator magnetic circuit. The auxiliary magnetic pole is responsible for adjusting an air gap field and is connected in parallel with the dual-stator magnetic circuit. Magnetic fluxes of the main magnetic pole and the auxiliary magnetic pole together constitute the air gap field. The present disclosure can control a flux path of the auxiliary magnetic pole by controlling the magnitude of a current applied to a field winding, thereby adjusting an air gap flux, expanding a speed range of the motor, and achieving variable-condition operation of the motor.

Since the light bar is divided into multiple sub-light bars, each sub-light bar can be independently configured to open the position, so that the SPAD ROI area can be flexibly configured according to the actual falling point of the spot. After the SPAD is opened, the switch gating in the bus matrix can be controlled according to the value of the pixel selection signal and the value of the TDC selection signal, and the open SPAD data is output to realize the flexible opening of the SPAD ROI area, so that the RX can receive the information of the TX more accurately and realize the distance measurement.

A method for preparing the recombinant adeno-associated virus comprises co-incubating pHelper, pRep2Cap5, and an expression vector, transfecting a cell in the presence of polyethyleneimine as a transfection reagent; culturing the cell, then collecting the cell by centrifugation, performing lysis and purification to obtain a purified liquid comprising the recombinant adeno-associated virus. The rAAV is delivered and expressed in vivo to produce a fusion antigen polypeptide, induces the production of serum neutralizing antibodies, which have a neutralizing titer to the novel SARS-COV-2 coronavirus and are expressed continuously; the rAAV composition can be used to immunize humans against the novel coronavirus pneumonia COVID-19.

Therefore, the present disclosure can accurately locate the position of the patterned graphene on the insulating substrate, it does not require transferring the graphene one more time, thereby avoiding contaminating the graphene and damaging its structure, and there is no need for photo-lithography, ion etching and other processes to treat the graphene in order to obtain patterned graphene, which further avoids damages to the graphene.
