The method still further includes transmitting a subsequent small data transmission to the base station during a second transmission occasion associated with the second NTN beam.

    Abstract: In a method for statistical analysis of aggregate encrypted data with key-leakage resilience for smart grids, every user area is managed by a fog node which plays the role of data aggregation gateway and data relay. All the users' electricity consumption data sent by smart meters in the same user area are firstly aggregated by the fog node to generate a fog-level aggregate ciphertext. Then the fog node further generates a digital signature for the fog-level aggregate ciphertext and sends these data to a cloud server for long-time storage. The cloud server stores all the aggregate ciphertexts and digital signatures received from different user areas in its database, and provides data query and statistical analysis services for the control center of smart grids. On the premise of without violating users' privacy, the cloud server could provide enough information for the control center, enabling it to compute the sum, arithmetic mean and variance of all users' data in specified areas in a privacy-preserving way.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to highly polarizable 3D organic perovskites of the general formula ABX3, prepared by introducing halogen functional groups in the A-site cation (in which the A and B sites are occupied by organic cations and the X site is a monovalent non-metallic counterion). The (DCl)(NH4)(BF4)3 crystal exhibits a strong linear electrooptic (EO) effect with an effective EO coefficient of 20 pmV?1, which is 10 times higher than that of metal halide perovskites. These 3D organic perovskites are solution processed and compatible with silicon, and illustrate the potential of rationally-designed all-organic perovskites for use in on-chip modulators, electro-optic devices, piezoelectric devices, or silicon photonics devices.

Since the probing cardinality is dynamically determined based on the query request, decreases to both the query efficiency due to a larger setting of the probing cardinality, and the query recall due to a smaller setting of the probing cardinality are avoided, which is beneficial in reducing the average number of target data partitions and improving query efficiency.
