  • Publication number: 20230222919
Abstract: The present invention proposes a vessel traffic pattern identification method via data quality control and data compression. Firstly, assort a collection of Automatic Identification system (AIS) data points according to Mobile Service Identify (MMSI) code and sort each collection result by time ascending order, and then delete duplicated vessel AIS data points considering time stamp, latitude, longitude and vessel speed over ground, then segment vessel trajectories. Secondly obtain high-quality AIS data with an AIS data anomaly detection and repair and compress each vessel trajectory with the Douglas-Peucker algorithm. Thirdly, cluster vessel trajectories with the Quick Bundles algorithm, and identify maritime traffic pattern. The invention can efficiently identify vessel traffic patterns, and help maritime traffic management departments to accurately identify a traffic situation.

  • Patent number: 11127579
Abstract: A zircon ID-TIMDS Pb isotope determination method by multiple ion counters with a dynamic multi-collection protocol is provided. Compared with a commonly used multi-ion counter static determination method, the method provided by the present invention completely eliminates influences of gain differences of the different ion counters on determination results of Pb isotopes. Compared with a conventional single-ion counter determination method with five times of peak-jumps, the method provided by the present invention can obtain all of Pb isotope ratios with two times of peak-jumps, which increases the collection efficiency of Pb isotope ion beams and decreases influences of ion beam stability on Pb isotope analysis results.

  • Patent number: 10565551
Abstract: A system for selecting items to be stored in a warehouse from a list of candidate items. The system includes a computing device having a processor and a storage device storing computer executable code. The executed code is configured to: assign scores to the respective candidate items based on an item selection model; and select items from the candidate items to be stored in the warehouse according to the assigned scores under a capacity limit of the warehouse. The item selection model is configured with an Artificial Neural Network (ANN), having item data for an item as input and a score for that item as output. The score represents a probability that the item is to be stored in the warehouse. The ANN is trained by historical orders with an objective of maximizing a probability that the orders have their respective item(s) all stored in the same warehouse.
