Abstract: A material-saving and energy-saving multifunctional bench clamp includes a movable clamp body, a fixed clamp body and a transmission pair of a screw and a nut. The fixed clamp body is provided with a holding accessory and a retractable locating-guiding device. The movable clamp body is made up of a left part and a right part. The left part is provided with two work heads, each head includes holding members, which form a holding assembly together with the accessories installed on the fixed clamp body. At least two axially locating-guiding key grooves are shaped on the cylinder guide rail of the right part and positioned the corresponding work heads of the left part. The bench clamp not only reduces processing surfaces and costs, but also saves about 30% material of clamper body under the same standard size and rated clamp force by comparison to the old multifunctional bench clamp.

Abstract: This invention relates to a new type of screw-and-nut mechanism comprising a screw stem supported in a structure, the screw stem is to engage with a partially threaded nut also contained in the structure and actuated by a lifting means to effect the quick meshing and disengagement of the nut and the screw stem. With the inclusion of a locking device the screw stem can be made to advance and retract slowly as well as quickly. The merit of not requiring the screw stem to move up and down makes in interchangeable with other mechanisms; the three-point-contained feature enables the screw-and-nut mechanism to sustain large axial loads. Its simple structure and easy operation ensures its wide application in bench vices, parallel-jaw vices and sliding tables of machine tools and all kinds of screw-driven devices requiring fast translational motion.

Abstract: A vertical lift screw drive mechanism comprises a movable body, a stationary body, a screw, a screw nutseat, an eccentric cam, a ratchet sleeve, a guide key and a spring. The sleeve has a one-direction pawl matching a pawl groove on the cam end surface. The pawl drives the cam to rotate causing the screw to carry out a vertical up and down movement under an action of the cam, thus to engage with or disengage from the inner threads of the seat. On disengagement of the threads, push the movable body to slide fast along the guide track; on engagement of the threads, the screw may rotate to clamp a workpiece.

Abstract: A mechanical program-controlled fast range-adjusting device comprises a locking mechanism for the central shaft, a screw clamp force exerting mechanism and a mechanical program-controlled mechanism. It can be used to adjust the relative position of the movable sliding body quickly according to the different sizes of the workpieces (or their relative positions) so as to realize fastly clamping (or feeding) the workpieces.
