    Abstract: A micro-structured mold-core of a microfluidic chip and its manufacturing method, which includes the steps of: installing a mold-core on a worktable of a five-axis machining center, and installing a micro-milling cutter and a fine milling-grinding tool on a tool holder of the five-axis machining center; rough-milling a surface of the mold-core using the micro-milling cutter according to a preset first machining track, to form a micro-projection array structure with a specific shape; finishing a surface of the micro-projection array structure formed by rough-milling using the fine milling-grinding tool according to a preset second machining track, to form a desired micro-projection array structure; and installing the mold-core on an injection molding machine, and adding particle material of polymer for micro injection molding to form a microfluidic chip, or installing the mold-core on a hot-embossing machine, and adding block material of polymer for hot embossing to form a microfluidic chip.

    Abstract: A grinding wheel tool for microgroove processing and a method for fabricating a microgroove, including a grinding wheel tool body. The grinding wheel tool body is formed by sequentially stacking a plurality of grinding wheel sheets along a thickness direction of each of the plurality of grinding wheel sheet, and the initial diameters of the individual grinding wheel sheets are the same. The outer edge circumference of each grinding wheel sheet is different due to notches, the grinding wheel sheet with a large outer edge circumference wears slowly; the grinding wheel sheet with small outer edge circumference wears fast. For the grinding process of microgrooves of the same depth, the processing end face of the grinding wheel tool body will eventually form a stable contour shape, and the outer edge circumference of each grinding wheel sheet can be adjusted by notches to form different contour shapes.

    Abstract: The present application provides a light guide plate with annular microprism structures and its manufacturing method. The method includes the following steps: A) processing a diamond turning tool of a desired shape according to a shape of a second annular microprism of a light guide plate to be processed; B) turning a surface of a light guide plate mold core by the diamond turning tool, and processing the surface of the light guide plate mold core to form first annular microgrooves, wherein a first annular microprism is formed between two adjacent first annular microgrooves; and C) feeding an acrylic powder material to the light guide plate mold core finished in step B) in an injection molding machine, and performing micro-injection molding to form a light guide plate with second annular microprisms.
