The brake includes a brake disk, provided on a second shaft; a brake seat, provided with a slideway; a brake pawl, provided to the brake seat, switchable between a state of holding the brake disk and a state of releasing the brake disk; a brake lever, slidably fitted with the slideway between an extending position and a retracting position, and the brake pawl is switched to the tightening state when the brake lever is at the extending position, and the brake pawl is switched to the releasing state when the brake lever is at the retracting position; a brake driver, mounted to the brake seat and in transmission connection with the brake lever, the brake driver driving the brake lever to move between the extending position and the retracting position.
