    Abstract: Provided are a time domain channel prediction method and a time domain channel prediction system for an OFDM wireless communication system, which relate to the technical field of adaptive transmission in wireless communication. Frequency domain channel information is converted into time domain tap information by inverse Fourier transform. With respect to each time domain tap information, tap information prediction based on an extreme learning machine is realized, and finally predicted tap information is converted into frequency domain channel information by Fourier transform. To improve a generalization ability of a channel predictor, an output weight of the extreme learning machine is punished by a combination of l2 regularization and l1/2 regularization. The disclosure may provide satisfactory prediction performance and may output a sparse output weight, which reduces the requirement for memory storage. The disclosure ensures adaptive transmission and adaptive coding of wireless communication.

    Abstract: A vector-valued regularized kernel function approximation (VVRKFA) based fault diagnosis method for an analog circuit comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining fault response voltage signals of an analog circuit; (2) performing wavelet packet transform on the collected signals, and calculating wavelet packet coefficient energy values as feature parameters; (3) optimizing regularization parameters and kernel parameters of VVRKFA by using a quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm and training a fault diagnosis model; and (4) identifying a circuit fault by using the trained diagnosis model. In the invention, the classification performance of the VVRKFA method is superior to other classification algorithms, and optimization of parameters by the quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) algorithm is also superior to the traditional method of obtaining parameters.

The trained echo state network may realize short-term prediction of the frequency domain channel information. To overcome a likely ill-conditioned solution of an output weight in an echo state network, the output weight in the echo state network is estimated by using a two-layer adaptive elastic network.

    Abstract: The invention provides to a method and a system for fault diagnosis of a gearbox of a wind turbine generator based on stacked denoising autoencoders and relates to fault diagnosis. Signals obtained by pre-processing original vibration signals collected when the gearbox of the wind turbine generator is in different working states are used as training data. The training data are input into stacked denoising autoencoders. Meanwhile, a quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced to optimize the structure and parameters. Then, pre-processed test signals are input into the stacked denoising autoencoders that are trained to extract high-dimensionality fault features contained in the original vibration signals. Then, the extracted fault features are input into a least squares support vector machine to complete the fault diagnosis of the gearbox.

    Abstract: A polar code encoding method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining a basic sequence, where the basic sequence is a sequence obtained by sorting sequence numbers of polarized channels in descending order or ascending order of reliability, and a length of the basic sequence is L1; determining, based on a maximum encoding length L2 supported by a receiving device, a quantity M of segments of an information bit sequence whose length is N after encoding, where a quantity of bits in the information bit sequence before the encoding is K; and performing polar code encoding on the M segments based on the basic sequence. According to the polar code encoding method, during polar code construction, an encoding device needs to know only a reliability order of min(N/M, L1) polarized channels. In this way, storage overheads of a nested sequence can be effectively reduced, and online computing complexity can be reduced.

The transmission method includes: performing polar encoding on a bit sequence, to obtain an encoded sequence, where the bit sequence includes control information and a cyclic redundancy check CRC sequence; fragmenting the encoded sequence, to obtain n encoded subsequences, where n is an integer, and n>0; and scrambling the n encoded subsequences by using n scrambling sequences respectively, to obtain n scrambled sequences. In the transmission method, the n scrambling sequences are newly defined based on encoding and decoding features of a polar code, and the n scrambling sequences additionally carry ?log2n?-bit information. According to the foregoing encoding method, signaling overheads are reduced.
