Abstract: An assembly structure and a liquid storage bottle of a hand wash liquid soap dispenser are disclosed. The assembly structure of a hand wash liquid soap dispenser includes a main body casing, a liquid storage bottle, and an external snapping head snap-fitted on a bottle mouth of the liquid storage bottle. A plurality of protruded flexible snaps are arranged at intervals on an outer periphery of an upper end of the external snapping head. A recessed groove engageable with the outer periphery of the external snapping head is provided on a bottom part of the main body casing, and a plurality of first snaps corresponding to the flexible snaps are provided on an inner wall of the recessed groove. A suction nozzle extending downward from the recessed groove is disposed on one side of the recessed groove, and a recessed hole is provided on the external snapping head.
