    Abstract: The present application discloses a pellet flue gas circulation and waste heat utilization process and a system thereof, which relates to the technical field of flue gas treatment. The system includes a grate, a rotary kiln, an annular cooler, and ducts connecting each part. On the basis of not changing the existing process a flue gas circulation unit and intelligent control equipment are arranged additionally in the present application. The process is simple, and not only can ensure the parameter stability of the production system such as temperature, gas flow or gas pressure, but also can make full use of the low and medium temperature flue gas components and the waste heat, so as to achieve net zero waste gas discharging, energy saving and emission reduction.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) stirring and soaking activated carbon in a modifying solution, then adding dimethyltin dichloride and chromium oxide powders and carrying out a reaction, and then adding a nickel oxide fine powder and ultrasonically oscillating same to prepare a pre-modified activated carbon; 2) drying the pre-modified activated carbon; and 3) heating and calcinating the dried pre-modified activated carbon from step 2) to prepare the catalyst.

According to the present disclosure, the physical structure and chemical anchoring action of the molecular sieve are utilized to confine the bimetallic ions, so that the bimetallic ions of the catalyst are dispersed in single atoms, electrons in the bimetallic ions are transferred from transition metals to precious metals to promote d-?* orbital hybridization to enhance NO adsorption, and an electron-rich environment and sufficient active sites are provided for NO adsorption and dissociation in the CO-SCR reaction; the transition metals adsorb CO to promote the transformation of N2O, NO2 and other intermediates into N2, and the transition metal serves as a sacrificial site for the poisoning of SO2 to enhance the sulphur-resistant property of the catalyst.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a microwave chemical method for totally extracting fluorine and rare earth from bastnaesite concentrate, including: alkaline conversion defluorination of bastnaesite through microwave irradiation, microwave-assisted leaching of fluorine, solid-liquid separation of leaching solution and microwave-assisted leaching of rare earth. The rare earth hydrochloric acid solution for leaching contains no fluorine ion, so that the fluorine interference of subsequent processes such as impurity removal can be completely avoided; the fluorine and the rare earth are leached with microwaves, which does not need the stirring, so that the automatic control is easy to implement; the fluorine and rare earth leaching speed is high, the leaching time is short and the complete leaching of fluorine and little residual alkali in the slag can be realized by two-time leaching; and no fluorine-containing waste water is discharged, and the total extraction of the rare earth can be realized by one-time leaching.
