Abstract: A traffic statistics collection method and device applied to an in-vehicle service interaction system includes, when an in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) system performs a first service, communicating, by a telematics box (T-box), with the IVI using a first private Internet Protocol (IP) address, and communicating, by the T-box, with a telematics service provider (TSP) using a first access point name (APN) and a first external IP address corresponding to the first private IP, and when the IVI performs a second service, communicating, by the T-box, with the IVI using a second private IP address, and communicating, by the T-box, with the TSP using a second APN and a second external IP address corresponding to the second private IP address.

Abstract: A method includes obtaining, by a first terminal, version information of a second terminal, where the version information of the second terminal includes at least a device model and a version number of system software of the second terminal; if the device model of the second terminal is compatible with a device model of the first terminal, determining, by the first terminal according to the version number of the system software of the second terminal and a version number of system software of the first terminal, whether system upgrade is to be performed on the first terminal; and if the first terminal determines that system upgrade is to be performed, obtaining, by the first terminal from the second terminal, system software data indicated by the version number of the system software of the second terminal.

Abstract: A mobile terminal, a maintenance server, a method and an apparatus for maintaining a virtual subscriber identity module (SIM) card, where the method includes checking that a physical SIM card is inserted into a physical SIM card slot, switching a SIM card in a working state from the virtual SIM card to the physical SIM card using a SIM card switching switch, accessing a carrier network using the physical SIM card, receiving maintenance data sent by a maintenance server to the physical SIM card, and maintaining the virtual SIM card according to the maintenance data. Hence, after data of a virtual SIM card is damaged, the virtual SIM card can still be maintained without returning the virtual SIM card to a manufacturer for repair.
