The crossbar is operable to receive the straight foot and the angled foot, and includes a primary locking mechanism and a secondary locking mechanism. The primary locking mechanism is operable to selectively prevent removal of the straight foot from the crossbar. The secondary locking mechanism is operable to selectively prevent removal of the angled foot from the crossbar.

The cross-bar includes a housing having a pair of foot-receiving openings and a pair of tip-receiving openings substantially aligned with foot-receiving openings. The tip-receiving openings are configured to matingly engage the tips such that the tips are rotationally coupled to the housing.
