Abstract: The described systems and methods provide a user's mobile device with a graphical user interface that can provide information about the lowest price offered for one or more products. For instance, when a person at a physical retail store places one or more products in a physical shopping cart, a scanning device may scan the one or more products to obtain information about the one or more products, the scanned information is sent to a server that provides pricing and store location information to a mobile device based on the scanned information, the pricing and store location information can be analyzed by the mobile device to display the lowest price and store location for each product.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems and methods that identify activities for which scripts can be built to perform an activity when requested by a user. The scripts can be voice-activated by a defined customized voice command and can include delivery preferences. The user's identity can be verified by analyzing voice biometrics of the customized voice command. After performance of the activity, results can be delivered to the device in the format indicated in the script.

Abstract: A system and method for automatically documenting a condition of a property and generating a request for return of a security deposit is described. In one embodiment, a method for automatically documenting a condition of a physical space includes determining an initial condition of one or more inspected elements in a physical space. The method also includes obtaining a current condition of the one or more inspected elements in the physical space. The method includes determining changes between the initial condition and the current condition for each of the one or more inspected elements. The method further includes generating a report documenting the changes of the one or more inspected elements in the physical space.

Abstract: A method and system of increasing the security of requests to access funds from a joint bank account by secondary users to permit a primary user to securely regulate fund usage are disclosed. The system and method are configured to link to a bank account and restrict access of funds by secondary users per conditions defined by the primary user(s). A software application receives requests for funds from secondary users for use during a transaction to be performed at a specific merchant location. The application requires geodata that supports the proposed transaction, for example by inclusion of an image taken in which GPS data is embedded. The request will only be conveyed to the primary user if the system determines the embedded GPS data corresponds to the location of the merchant.

Abstract: A system and method for dispatching messages from a user to at least one recipient over a telecommunications network is disclosed. The system includes a messaging system and an authentication system. The messaging system receives user messages, retrieves contact information for recipients on a user's contact list, and attempts to deliver messages to recipients on the list. The system may continue attempting to deliver messages to recipients until it finds a recipient who is available to receive the message. The authentication system is used to ensure the recipient is a person and not a machine. The messages could be audio messages delivered using a telephone network or messages delivered over an SMS network.
