Abstract: Systems and methods for graphical-based customer interaction are disclosed. According to one embodiment, in an information processing apparatus comprising at least one computer processor, a method for graphical-based customer interaction may include: (1) receiving customer-specific information about a customer; (2) determining a plurality of topics to present to the customer based on the customer-specific information; (3) generating a tile for each topic, each tile comprising a graphic and content relevant to the topic; (4) generating a graphical information flow comprising the tiles, wherein the graphical information flow is linear; and (5) communicating the information flow to a mobile electronic device associated with the customer.
