Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of a specific binding molecules which binds human ANXA1 in combination with a second active agent for use in the treatment of cancer. Second active agents include thy midylate synthetase inhibitors, nucleobase analogues, checkpoint inhibitors, proteasome inhibitors, taxanes, platinum-based chemotherapy agents and nucleoside analogues. Preferred cancers for treatment are pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, myeloma and mantle cell lymphoma. Related kits, products and uses are also provided.
