  • Patent number: 12094606
Abstract: A medical diagnostic kit are described. In one example, a medical diagnostic kit includes a container, and a plurality of medical diagnostic test kits located within the container. Each of the plurality of medical diagnostic test kits can include equipment necessary to perform a particular self-administered medical diagnostic test. The plurality of medical diagnostic test kits can include at least a first medical diagnostic kit adapted to facilitate user completion of a first medical diagnostic test and a second medical diagnostic kit adapted to facilitate user completion of a second medical diagnostic test different from the first medical diagnostic test. The container can include a machine-readable code located on an external surface of the container.

  • Publication number: 20240282443
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a universal platform for at-home health testing and diagnostics are provided herein. In particular, a health testing and diagnostic platform is provided to connect medical providers with patients and to generate a unique, private testing environment. In some embodiments, the testing environment may facilitate administration of a medical test to a patient with the guidance of a proctor. In some embodiments, the patient may be provided with step-by-step instructions for test administration by the proctor within a testing environment. The platform may display unique, dynamic testing interfaces to the patient and proctor to ensure proper testing protocols and accurate test result verification.

  • Publication number: 20210312284
Abstract: A system for verification of the output of a sensor includes an industrial system comprising a plurality of sensors, one of the plurality of sensors being a target sensor, a plurality of machine learning networks, each machine learning network connecting a plurality of driving sensors associated with the target sensor and trained using simulation data. a selected machine learning network from the plurality of machine learning networks having an output representative of the target sensor, the selected machine learning network being trained with real-time data from the industrial plant and a processor for comparing an output of the selected machine learning network to a real output of the target sensor. Based on the comparison, the real sensor output is provided as final output when the values match, and the estimated value is output when the values do not match and the sensor output is flagged as an error.

  • Publication number: 20190234302
Abstract: A gas turbine engine operable using either one of a first fuel and a second fuel includes a water supply and a diffusion flame burner including an innermost spray cone, a plurality of spray cones positioned around the innermost spray cone and grouped into a plurality of stages, and a plurality of outlets positioned around the innermost spray cone. A plurality of valves is arranged to connect the first fuel, the second fuel, and the water supply to the diffusion flame burner and a controller is operable to configure the plurality of valves at least in part in response to which of the first fuel and the second fuel is being consumed. When consuming the first fuel, the valves are configured to deliver a mixture of the first fuel and a quantity of water to the plurality of outlets, and to deliver a quantity of water to the plurality of spray cones, and to selectively activate one or more of the stages to allow passage through only the spray cones of the activated stages.

  • Publication number: 20160061108
Abstract: A diffusion flame burner (110) is provided for a gas turbine engine (136). The diffusion flame burner includes concentrically oriented spray cones (112) staged in a plurality of stages (114, 116, 118, 120) and attached to a water supply (122) during a gas mode and attached to an oil supply (124) during an oil mode. The diffusion flame burner also includes a central spray cone (130) positioned at a center (132) of the concentrically oriented spray cones and attached to the water supply during the oil mode. The diffusion flame burner also includes a plurality of concentrically oriented outlets (134) positioned outside the plurality of concentrically oriented spray cones and attached to a combined water and natural gas supply (122, 128) during the gas mode.

  • Patent number: 7200997
Abstract: A gas turbine system (100) includes a compressor (110) for receiving air and producing compressor discharge air, a combustor (120) for combusting an oxygen comprising gas flow including the discharge air and a fuel into a hot gas flow, and a turbine expander (130) generating output power from the hot gas flow and providing a hot exhaust gas flow. An extractor (135) is provided for splitting the discharge air into a direct flow portion (121) which directly reaches the combustor (120) and an indirect flow portion (122). A mixing device (140) receives the indirect flow portion (122) and mixes it with a water flow (145), either in the form of water or steam, to produce a water enhanced indirect flow portion (150). A recuperative heat exchanger (155) heats the water enhanced indirect flow portion (150) using heat from at least a portion of the hot exhaust gas flow. The heated water enhanced indirect flow portion (158) is then reintroduced into the oxygen comprising gas flow.
