  • Publication number: 20160341421
Abstract: A biomass boiler system for significantly reducing corrosion and creosote buildup within the interior of a fire container. The biomass boiler system generally includes a primary combustion chamber having an exterior surface and an interior surface, and a water jacket having an inner wall, an outer wall and a water cavity defined between the inner wall and the outer wall. The inner wall is distally spaced from the exterior surface of the primary combustion chamber forming an air chamber. The water cavity contains a volume of liquid heated by thermal conduction of heat from the primary combustion chamber through the air chamber then through the inner wall of the water jacket. The heated liquid may be used for heating, electrical energy generation or other purpose.

  • Publication number: 20070157858
Abstract: A high efficiency bio-fuel pellet and corn burning furnace. The furnace has a series of augers to load the fuel into the burn pot, move the fuel through the burn pot and finally remove the ash from the system. The burn pot or combustion area as two parallel augers with counter rotating flights so as to move the combustible material towards the area between the burn pot augers and from one side of the burn pot to the other during combustion so as to prevent clumping and aid in complete combustion.

  • Patent number: 4881782
Abstract: An unloading spout for grain trucks includes two spout wings each hinged to the rear wall of a grain truck on opposite sides of its unloading port, and two spout floors each hinged on outward edges to a bottom edge of one of the wings. The loading spout is held in operable position by bolting overlapping inward edges of the floors to each other. When not in use, the grain spout is stowed by unbolting the floors, folding them into parallel relation to the wings, and folding the wings into parallel relation with the truck wall. The wings and floors are then fastened to the truck wall in stowed condition.
