    Abstract: A radiocommunication system includes a first plurality of computing devices each including a first interface for entering information associated with creation of a time-sensitive, geocoded event message and for uploading the time-sensitive, geocoded event message. A central server is configured to store and process the uploaded time-sensitive, geocoded event messages received via the Internet from the first plurality of computing devices and to generate local map displays which include icons associated with the time-sensitive, geocoded event messages. A second plurality of wireless computing devices is included in the system, each of which are configured to execute an application that receives and displays one of the local map displays generated by the central server.
