    Abstract: A MOS device includes a set of pMOS transistors on a first side of an IC. The set of pMOS transistors is adjacent to each other in a second direction. The MOS device further includes a set of nMOS transistors on a second side of the IC. The set of nMOS transistors is adjacent to each other in the second direction. The second side is opposite the first side in a first direction orthogonal to the second direction. The MOS device further includes an OD region between the set of pMOS transistors and the set of nMOS transistors. A first set of gate interconnects may extend in the first direction over the OD region. A set of contacts may contact the OD region. The OD region, the first set of gate interconnects, and the set of contacts may form a set of transistors configured as dummy transistors or decoupling capacitors.

The check may be deposited in a user's bank account based on the image. Any technique for sending the image to the financial institution may be used. Feedback may be provided to the user of the camera regarding the image of the check in the field of view.

A similarity metric may be determined indicating the similarity between a first route followed by a vehicle and/or driver and a second (e.g., previous) route followed by the vehicle and/or driver. A similarity metric may indicate the similarity in movements, and changes in movement, exhibited by the vehicle on the routes. The similarity metric may be determined through analysis of real time data collected by in-vehicle sensor(s), mobile user device(s), external sensors or other data sources. Based on the similarity metric, a premium, a deductible, a price, or other characteristic(s) of a policy may be determined. In some examples, policy characteristics may be adjusted (e.g., in real time) based on the analysis according to changing risk conditions if a driver is following routes that are dissimilar from typical routes.

The blade support apparatus comprises a lid, a container, a root attachment, and a plurality of attachment bars. One end of the helicopter blade is the root. The blade root is secured to the root plug. A multiplicity of supports secure the container to a transport. The height and angle of each blade in the container can be adjusted, enabling them to conform to the blade curvature which spirals from the blade root to the tip of the blade. Height adjustment to a helicopter blade is achieved by a plurality of contoured pads mounted in the container at varying points along the helicopter blade. Angle adjustment is achieved by a plurality of pivot supports mounted in the container at varying points along the helicopter blade.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus of limiting power of a boiling water nuclear reactor system includes a reactor pressure vessel, a reactor core disposed in the reactor pressure vessel, a core shroud surrounding the reactor core, a downcomer region disposed between an inner surface of the reactor pressure vessel and the core shroud, a steam line connected to an upper end of the reactor pressure vessel and a condenser system that receives steam from the reactor pressure vessel. A portion of the condenser system condensate is returned to the reactor pressure vessel of the boiling water reactor inside the core barrel above the core rather than into the downcomer. Returning the condensate in this way increases the effectiveness of an isolation condenser system or if the condensate is a portion of the feedwater from the main condenser it provides an effective means to regulate core flow and core power.
