Abstract: An insulating container can be configured to retain a volume of liquid, and include a canister having a first inner wall having a first end having an opening extending into an internal reservoir, and a second outer wall forming an outer shell. The opening can be sealed by a spout adapter, the spout adapter having an internal passageway extending between the internal reservoir and a spout opening, which may be smaller than the opening of the canister. The spout opening may be sealed with an upper cap that has a magnetic top surface. The upper cap may be selectively coupled to seal the spout opening, or may be magnetically coupled to a magnetic docking surface of a docking structure on the spout adapter.

The spout opening may be sealed with a cap having a magnetic top surface, and the spout adapter may be further removably coupled to a lid that may be used as a cup into which a volume of the liquid can be poured. In addition, spout adapter assembly with an adapter that releasably attaches to the canister and a plug that is received within the adapter that moves to place the spout adapter assembly into an open and a closed orientation. The plug may have a means to provide tactile feedback to a user that the spout adapter assembly is in an optimal pouring condition.

Abstract: An insulating container can be configured to retain a mass of food and/or beverages, and include an outer shell with a cuboidal shape and a first opening extending into a first inner cavity. The insulating container may also have an inner structure with an inner cuboidal shape and a second opening extending into the second inner cavity. A flange may be coupled between the outer shell and the inner structure to seal the first opening such that the outer shell is offset from the inner structure. A sealed vacuum cavity may be formed within the insulated double wall structure between the outer shell and the inner structure. Further, a bracing structure may brace a planar surface of the outer shell against the vacuum within the vacuum cavity.

Abstract: A portable chair may include a first front leg and a second front leg connected by a front sled and a first back leg and a second back leg connected by a back sled. The front sled may include a first front foot and a second front foot and the back sled may include a first back foot and a second back foot. Each of the feet attached to the front and back sleds may include retention feature holes configured to allow water to drain from the sled/foot interface. The portable chair may further include a seat including a seat frame border including a plurality of protrusions. The seat frame border may be rigidly attached to the seat via an injection molding process. The portable chair may also include a seat frame to which the plurality of protrusions of the seat frame border is configured to be removably attached.

Abstract: A container having a base and a lid is provided. The lid may be rotatable about a hinge from a closed configuration to an open configuration and may be secured, via one or more latching assemblies. The latching assembly may comprise a latch body, a locking member, a biasing member, and an activating member. Additional features of the container may include handles and strength increasing features. The base and lid may also feature attachment points for various accessories.
